You will reach this very singular and beautifully decorated house, in the heart of a medieval village, Maccagno inferiore, taking a pedestrian street and a staircase, 100 m from the beach, 80 sqm fully restored on 3 levels:
- Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen direct access to large terrace of 20 sqm beautiful view of the lake, shower room, bathroom / toilet.
- 1st floor: living room, dining room.
- 2nd floor: room bed 140 with balcony, room 2 beds 80 with access to mezzanine 2 beds.

You will have the feeling of a total change of scenery in an atmosphere that combines the pleasures of both mountain and nautical and near the Borromee Islands, Stresa, Cannobio, Luino with its market, Milan, Lake Como, Lake Orta ..

We felt completely at home

The flat is beautifully situated and tastefully furnished. Good modern comfort in a classic rustico. The terrace is spacious and not visible. The lake view is fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and will gladly come again.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Das Ferienhaus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein und der Ausblick auf den See ist gigantisch. Einzig der Weg zum Ferienhaus war mit Gepäck sehr anstrengend zu bewältigen, aber das wussten wir ja schon

Ferienwohnung in Maccagno

Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer rustikalen Ausstattung in einer rustikalen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Obwohl kein Fernsehgerät im Objekt war, konnten wir die Zeit mit Spaziergängen und Gesellschaftsspielen verbringen. Man beschäftigt sich mal wieder mit sich selbst. Für Alles nochmal vielen Dank.

Wunderschönes Haus in Top-Lage

Wir haben die 14 Tage in unserem Feriendomizil sehr genossen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr fürsorglich und hat sich in regelmäßigen Abständen nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Wir können das Haus und den hübschen Ort am Lago Maggiore absolut weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaften Blick auf den Lago Maggiore

Unser Aufenthalt in Beatrice Haus war sehr schön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Schlafzimmer weniger, da kein Ablageplatz vorhanden war. Wohnzimmer bot keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, was für uns aber nicht wichtig war, da wir wenn wir im Haus waren den wunderbaren Balkon genossen haben. Einen Aufenthalt in Beatrice 's Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Urgemütliches Haus mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See

Sehr schön restauriertes Ferienhaus am südlichen Ende von Maccagno. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. Von der Piazza Roma geht es in 2-3 Minuten über enge Gässchen und einige Stufen teils steil zum Haus hinauf. Ein Parkplatz war in der näheren Umgebung immer einfach zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen und können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ein schönes Haus mit super Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende der Altstadt. Die Gassen dorthin sind sehr schmal mit vielen Treppen. Parken kann man deshalb nicht direkt vorm Haus und muss auch schonmal nach einem Parkplatz suchen, sind aber alle kostenlos. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles da was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft, direkt auf den See. Wir fanden den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr schön und können es jedem empfehlen der vor den Treppen nicht zurückschreckt.

Schönes Häuschen, traumhafte Terrasse

Am Rande der Altstadt, direkt am Waldrand, liegt dieses Ferienhaus. Unmöglich mit dem Auto zu erreichen da die Gassen dorthin schmal und voller Treppen sind. Manchmal muss man schon etwas suchen um einen Parkplatz zu finden, aber immerhin stehen im Ort viele zur Verfügung (und diese sind auch alle kostenfrei). Die Terrasse blickt auf den Wald und vor allem auf den See. Kein Nachbar der auf die Terrasse blicken könnte. Der Ausblick ist wirklich so traumhaft, wie von den Bildern zu erwarten war. Vor allem morgens und abends ist es dort sehr angenehm. Zur Mittagszeit hilft ein großer Sonnenschirm, die die Sonne abschirmt. In nur 3 Minuten ist man über die Stufen durch die schmalen Gassen beim Strand und kann so noch vor dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen. Da wir zu fünft waren, musste einer von uns unterm Dach schlafen. Das hochklettern über die Leiter war kein Problem, aber dort oben staut sich die Hitze schon ziemlich. Reichen 2 Schlafzimmer, ist das aber kein Problem. Unterhalb des Ferienhauses ist an der Straße ein beliebtes Cafe, wo auch spätabends manchmal gefeiert wird. Das kann etwas laut sein, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört, da wir ohnehin bis spät nachts noch auf der Terrasse saßen. Das Haus wurde offenbar erst vor kurzem vollständig renoviert, alles ist neu und funktionsfähig. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern versehen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, nichts fehlt. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Filter-Kaffee-Maschine, Espressokanne und eine Nespresso-kompatible Kaffeemaschine. Großer Kühlschrank, mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck. Einfach perfekt. Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen und können es jedem empfehlen der vor den Treppen nicht zurückschreckt.

Un coin de paradis avec une vue exceptionnelle

Très jolie maison pour 4 ou 5, très bien aménagée, et surtout très très bien située avec une vue exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse. Un seul bémol : le lit à deux place est trop petit et le matelas est bien trop mou !!! Pour le reste : tout est exceptionnel !

Rustico in Maccagno - gemütliche Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See

Liebe Beatrice, vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft in deinem liebevoll restaurierten Steinhaus (-häuschen) in Maccagno. Es ist wunderbar am Rand des alten ursprünglichen und homogenen Ortskern gelegen, der oberhalb des jüngeren Maccagno am schmalen flachen Ufer des Lago Maggiore liegt. Steile Steintreppen und winzige Gassen winden sich den Hügel hinauf, die Autos sind hier notgedrungen ausgesperrt. Beim Hochlaufen mit Rucksack und Koffer blickt man auf verwinkelte Steinhäuser aus Granit, ab und zu sitzt ein Nachbar auf der schmalen Gasse und liest ein Buch. Das schmale und 3 Stockwerke hohe Haus ist ausgeklügelt eingeteilt, persönlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Ideal ist es für 3-4 Personen (2 Schlafzimmer), welche gerne Treppen laufen. Für junge Beine, welche über eine steile ausklappbare Sprossenleiter hochklettern, gibt es unter dem Dachspitz noch 2 weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Von der neben der Küche gelegenen großen Holzterrasse hat man Abendsonne und einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, mit Palmen im Vordergrund und die beleuchtete Piazza Roma zu Füßen. Das Häuschen ist ideal gelegen für Tagesausflüge ins nahe Tessin, nach Locarno, in die Valle Verzasca u.v.m. Auch Lugano ist rasch erreicht und uns wanderfreudigen Urlaubern hat es auch der Hausberg, die Krete zwischen Monte Tamaro und Monte Lima, angetan. Den Abend dann mit einem Aperitif auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen hat uns den Urlaub abgerundet. Liebe Beatrice, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, Ruth und Freunde

Fijne woning

Deze vakantiewoning heeft een geweldig uitzicht over het meer. De woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, is praktisch en gezellig ingericht. Je moet wel veel trappen lopen in het huis... en naar het huis toe.
