Wonderful property!

Our second stay at this property. Mike is very prompt in answering messages. This is a lovely unit and very comfortable. Neighbors are pleasant and it is a nice quiet place to relax.

Excellent stay at Treviso Bay!

We had an amazing time. The location was perfect for us. The unit we stayed in was nicely appointed. We enjoyed the pool and everything this resort offered. There was a little problem the night we arrived and the owner took care of it right away. He was very helpful and provided answers to any questions promptly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice Property but …

The property was nice and the community was great … but the listing referenced access to the TPC Treviso Golf course … which it doesn’t. Didn’t find out until we arrived. Unfortunately the golf access was a high priority for us and had we known in advanced, we would have rented elsewhere in Treviso Bay where golf was access was provided.

Great tennis facility and pro. Great pools, good biking and walking. Lovely grounds. Even though this property is down the street from pickle ball courts no noise is heard. Nice view over lake from back lanai. Nice decor, comfortable.

A Month of Sun and Fun

We very much enjoyed our month in the property of Avellino Way. We felt at home the day we arrived. It was very nicely decorated. We really like the fact that it had a lanai in the front as well as in the back. We especially liked having our coffee on the back lanai with beautiful views of the lake and all the wildlife. We even saw an alligator. The property was located in a great spot. We could walk to the Villa Rilassare pool, and it was close to the entrance of the resort which made for easy acccess. We enjoyed trips to Naples as well as Marco Island. We really liked that the property had bikes, and we road them all over the resort enjoying the beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed eating dinners out on the veranda of the golf club and lunches at the pool. I even learned how to cook vegan at a cooking class! We would definitely return to Treviso Bay to enjoy all the amenities that it has to offer. Thank you Michael for making the process so easy!

Fabulous Stay!

My husband and I stayed in Michael’s condo for the month of January. We had the most wonderful time at his lovely place. The condo was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The resort itself is magnificent, with tennis, pickleball and a great resort-style pool. Michael’s communication with us was excellent, answering our inquiries very quickly. We loved it so much that we have booked it for next year as well.
