Welcome home to Charlotte's "Cozy Cottage", private house, minutes from I-485, in South Charlotte, 1/2 mile from Top Golf. This is a spacious home, with three bedrooms and two full baths! Ample parking, side fenced-in yard for pets, a homey screened in porch! Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable deposit. Two smart TV's, Spectrum wifi. Fully stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, linens & towels are provided! We would love to have you as our guest at the Cozy Cottage!! Shorter tenancies may be available upon request. For vacation rentals only, up to 29 days. Must qualify to use and use the North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement. Managed by Gordon Realty
