The house is always left in a decent condition for guests' arrival. We ensure that all furniture and dishes are neatly stored, that cleaning is managed, and that the check-in, inventory, and check-out procedures are also impeccable. When the inventory is completed, the concierge always asks if the house is suitable so that he can hand over the keys. All rentals must be returned in the condition in which they found them: this is one of the golden rules of renting. The €90 requested for cleaning is not intended to restore a messy and dirty house. This money is used to thoroughly clean, quickly, in 3 hours so that my 140m² house is decently prepared for the arrival of the next tenants. The concierge alerted me and arrived at 9:40am to finalize the departure scheduled for 10:00am. You didn't say anything and left at 10:00am. Being there at 9:40am bothered you. You left with the keys to the house and the concierge had to make you come back without delay, this is not normal!! A quick departure... the house lacked cleanliness, it was soiled with things and others and this in all the rooms. The kitchen sink was flooded with water and dirty. Food was still in the fridge, on the kitchen floor and in the playroom, the breakfast packages were opened and left on the furniture. The fridge had to be emptied and washed, there was breakfast food on the kitchen floors and under the beds in the children's bedrooms. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all, the showers were full of sea sand. The shower walls were dirty and had not been cleaned during the entire stay, leaving mature marks that were difficult to remove. In the sink of the bathroom on the first floor there was "Muesli-Crunchy" from breakfast in the drain The floors of all the rooms had sea sand on them, which meant that people must have been walking up to the rooms in their shoes and leaving sand everywhere (even though a hall closet is specifically for shoes). The downstairs toilet was dirty and unbrushed So I ask you why give a rating of 6/10 and tell lies,

Bonjour Madame, je suis très surpris de votre commentaire, quand vous dites que la cuisine est trop petite. Les photos sont claires sur notre site. Nous faisons de la location depuis 10 ans, personne n’a écrit que la cuisine était trop petite et nous a mis à 3/5, c’est tout le contraire c’est une cuisine familiale et non un self. Nous y allons nous même en famille et n’avons pas de soucis à ce sujet. Je suis cependant vraiment navré que vous n’ayez pas pu trouver votre place dans la cuisine, la prochaine fois je vous conseille de chercher quelque chose de plus grand. Concernant les ustensiles pas propres nous sommes surpris car vous n’avez rien indiqué à notre concierge qui lui nous a dit avoir trouvé la maison tres sale après votre passage. C’est rare qu’une famille laisse la maison dans cet état… Malgré tout cela je vous ai laissé une note de 5/5 pour le prochain hôte qui vous recevra dans sa maison sans avoir pu consulter votre commentaire avant…je suis trop bon !!!

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire qui est un peu surprenant car les clients qui ont loués la maison courant tout juillet ont mis une note sur 5/5 par 2 sites différents de réservation autre que Abritel, en disant que tout était parfait et il y en a eu des hôtes!! Je vais voir avec notre concierge ce qu'il en pense. Moi de mon côté je vous ai mis une note de 5/5 et je ne vous ai pas laissé ce genre de commentaire même si tout n'était pas parfait à votre départ, mais je voulais que les autres hôtes voient qu'ils peuvent vous faire confiance. Pour le jardin le concierge est intervenu hier et a tout nettoyé, il a beaucoup plu en juillet et l'entretien était difficile.. Bien à vous
