House Just Steps from Trez-Hir Beach

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this semi-detached house that can accommodate up to 4 people, ideally located just a few steps from Trez-Hir beach and its water sports club. Its location will allow you to easily reach the beach, water activities, restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival, you will appreciate the small private courtyard furnished with a table and four chairs, ideal for eating outdoors.

On the ground floor, the house offers a living space consisting of a dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa, two armchairs and a television. Two large French doors provide access to the terrace and bring beautiful light to the whole space.

The kitchen, open to the living area, is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a hob, a hood, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.

A back kitchen with washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as an independent toilet.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two bedrooms:

• A first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

• A second bedroom, ideal for children, equipped with two 90 cm single beds and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink.

Location and nearby activities:

Plougonvelin and its surroundings offer many activities, the apartment is located:

- 400 m from local shops, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Sunday morning.

- 300 m from Trez Hir beach Aquatic centre with seawater swimming pool, water sports centre, diving club

2.1 km from Fort de Bertheaume an old fortress built on a rocky islet to defend the entrance to Brest harbour.

Parking: one private parking space in a covered car park, with the possibility of also parking in the car park on rue des chênes, which is closer to the rental.

WIFI: no internet access

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Optional services:

- End of stay cleaning optional at the rate of €120

- Bed linen set: €24 / bed.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and one flannel): €12 / kit.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1 May to 30 September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided, then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1 October to 30 April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
