Large heatable swimming pool with Roman steps and spacious terraces with a brick built BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen / breakfast room with dishwasher. One bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (bath + shower). There is also an optional bedroom (extra charge) for 2 persons with sofa bed and an en suite shower room (*), divided from the lounge by a sliding vertical blind.
FIRST FLOOR: The 3 bedrooms are air- conditioned and have balconies with lovely panoramic sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. King size bedroom with en-suite shower room. King size bedroom with en-suite shower room.
BASEMENT: Garage containing sauna, laundry with washing machine and dryer
There is an alarm system and a safe.

This beautiful large villa is situated in a small urbanization east of Pêra, a typical Portuguese village. The house has beautiful views across the dunes to the sea.
There is a small road (short cut) to the superb sandy beach, some 5km long, between Galé and Armação de Pera with several beach bar restaurants and facilities to hire sun beds and sunshades.
Armacao de Pera is the nearest town, a 10 minute drive, with a huge selection of restaurants.
Albufeira town is 10 km away, about 15 minutes drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with, in the summer season, regular free shows at the main square.
Guia town is 5km and is famous for many good value restaurants specializing in chicken piri piri.
The nearest supermarket is 300m away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is at 10 minutes drive selling everything you could possibly need with cinemas and a restaurants area.
