Things to note:
Beach access is 3-5 minutes from the house. Please be careful walking on the deck if it’s wet due to any fog. There is a deck with deck furniture. The deck furniture has padding that is located in the upper-level living room in the corner. Everyone in this community is tight-knit and friendly so don’t hesitate to smile and say hi.

We have beach essentials boxes (folding chairs and beach tents) available for rent in the house, let us know if you would like to rent!

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 5 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $45 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 10.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not disclose in advance will incur a charge of $100 per guest per night or per day.

Our property DOES NOT ALLOW pets or animals due to severe allergies and health conditions.

(Temporary: A camper van is parked on the vacant lot occasionally while it’s not in use, and it belongs to the owner of the lot.)

Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID.
