Take tram C from Gare Saint-Jean to the Jardin Public stop and walk 5 minutes.
Street parking is free only from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
The ""Cité Mondiale"" public car park is located 10 minutes from the apartment (paid parking).

A very enjoyable stay

The appartement is large, spacious, luminous and well equipped, with easy access to local shopping and restaurants, and frequent public transport to anywhere in Bordeaux. Our ten-day stay passed very rapidly.

Good location- needs some TLC

Good location, a little bit away from the centre, but near enough to comfortably walk, nearby park a welcome break from the hustle bustle. Hire bikes available over the road as well as usual transport options. Apartment not as new as appears on the photos, needs some TLC, broken door handles, unlockable bathroom etc. Note: the bedding is an additional fee after booking! It does say it in the small print....

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, auch ist sie wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind gut. Auch sind wir unkompliziert empfangen worden und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Schade war, dass die Terrasse ziemlich dreckig war, sodass wir sie nicht genutzt haben und einige Details könnten besser gepflegt sein. (Z.B. rutscht die Verkleidung der Spülmaschine beim Schließen runter und der Duschkopf im oberen Bad hält nicht mehr.)

Appartement très bien placé près du Jardin Public, des transports en commun, qq commerces. quartier agréable. Bien agencé (assez grand, une chambre en haut et 2 en bas avec leur salle de bain, petite terrasse au calme )

Des imperfections, mais un très bon séjour quand même 🙂

L'emplacement est top, l'appart est confortable, chaleureux et lumineux. Nous étions 5 et nous y sentions très à l'aise. Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié l'agencement en étages et les 2 salles de bains et toilettes. Et la terrasse est un gros plus non négligeable. Toutefois, des petits éléments mériteraient un rafraîchissement (comptoir de la cuisine, robinetterie, TV...). L'ajout de luminaires dans le salon en permettrait une utilisation plus cosy, ainsi qu'une petite enceinte connectée pour avoir un fond musical. Ce qui ajouterait beaucoup de confort à peu de frais ;) Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hébergement !

A great apartment in a wonderful.location

The place is really good. The living space is spacious. The lower bedrooms are very compact but fine for sleeping. All the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. On the corner of the public gardens with a wonderful botanical garden, such a peaceful and at the same time lively place. It is great to be able to.walk through the public gardens down towards the centre and river. An excellent range 9f restaurants just north around Croix de Seguey tram stop

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement qui nous a permis de télé-travailler (bon wifi !) et de profiter de Bordeaux. Le jardin public juste à côté est très agréable. Si le salon et la cuisine sont très spacieux et lumineux, les deux chambres du bas donnent sur rue et sont mal insonorisées donc des boules quies sont à prévoir. L'accueil par Hanane est très sympathique et arrangeant, malgré toutes les contraintes posées par les propriétaires en terme de règlement (pas de soirées, pas de bruit, pas de cigarettes sur le balcon.. sous peine d'éviction manu militari).

We've had a wonderful experience in this apartment. The manager was nice and very available the apartment was very clean even if sometimes had been left broken/dirty by previous customers. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this apartment for its location and size, as well as for the amazing service provided by the managers.
