Zur Zufahrt: Die Wegbeschreibung und ein ausdrücklicher Hinweis auf die Beschaffenheit der Zufahrtsstraße sind in unserer Beschreibung sowie im digitalen Gästeführer enthalten, der Ihnen vor der Anreise zugesandt wurde. Zu den Spinnennetzen: Das Anwesen liegt inmitten einer üppigen mediterranen Vegetation. Spinnennetzen an Außengeländern lassen sich trotz regelmäßiger Reinigung nicht täglich vermeiden — dies ist ein normales Merkmal aller Immobilien in dieser Umgebung. Zum Pool: Das Wasser wird wöchentlich kontrolliert und gereinigt. Die grünliche Verfärbung, die Sie beobachtet haben, ist auf natürliche organische Ablagerungen der umliegenden Vegetation zurückzuführen und beeinträchtigt die Wasserqualität nicht. Zur Poolumgebung: Die angesprochenen Fliesen sind vereinzelt gesprungen, stellen jedoch keinerlei Verletzungsgefahr dar. Die Ablaufrinne wurde vor der Saison abgeschliffen und war nicht scharfkantig; sie wurde inzwischen vollständig entfernt. Zum Fliegengitter: Vielen Dank für diesen nützlichen Hinweis — es wurde umgehend nach Ihrem Aufenthalt ersetzt. Zur Besichtigungsanfrage: Wir haben Sie höflich gefragt, ob eine kurze Besichtigung von 30 Minuten möglich wäre, und ausdrücklich betont, dass wir Ihr Nein vollkommen verstehen würden. Da wir keine Antwort erhielten, fand keine Besichtigung statt. Wir bedauern, dass der Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach, und nehmen Ihr Feedback zu den Kontaktzeiten ernst. Die Villa war und bleibt ein schönes Anwesen — wir freuen uns, dass Sie dies selbst bestätigt haben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Marie

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et ravie que vous ayez passé un beau séjour ! Nous prenons note pour les couteaux à viande, ce sera corrigé. Concernant la piscine, le PH et la qualité de l'eau sont contrôlés chaque semaine sans aucune anomalie — comme indiqué dans notre guide, les dépots verts observés viennent simplement de dépôts organiques liés à la végétation environnante, rien à voir avec le PH. Pour la télévision, une nouvelle carte satellite a été installée hier et fonctionnera parfaitement pour les prochains locataires. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau !
