About this property

Cozy House in the heart of Waterville Maine.

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway.

My son and I stayed here for two nights while visiting my daughter at Colby. It's a very quiet, comfortable place and we enjoyed the proximity to the college and downtown Waterville. It was very hot during our stay and I can attest that the AC works well! The laundry machines looked brand new and we appreciated being able to have clean clothes after a week on the road. I was a little nervous about the August app but we never had a problem gaining access. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Waterville.

Charming 2 bedroom cottage

Everything about the stay was excellent. The interior decor was charming. The owners seem to have anticipated every need. The cottage could use an exterior paint job so that it matches the beauty of the interior. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this vrbo listing.
