It's located in the heart of Carentan-les-Marais, just 10 minutes from Utah Beach! This family flat has all the comforts you need for a quality stay. Bed linen and towels are provided - we're just waiting for you!

The split-level accommodation is as follows:
First floor:
- A beautiful living room with high ceilings, typical of 19thᵉ century bourgeois flats. It has a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV (with DTT, DVD, Xbox games console); as for the dining area, it consists of a large oval table that can seat up to 8 people, placed in front of a large wooden fireplace.
- An enclosed, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker...
- There is also a dressing area and a mezzanine.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin (shower gel and shampoo provided)
- Separate WC.

Second floor:
- A relaxing lounge furnished with armchairs and featuring a toy chest and books.
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed and two single beds.

Great place, beautifully designed!

This is a truly unique place to stay, very lovely designed and almost as if the owners live there themselves. Also centrally located and well reachable, parking in the back yard. Nice area too, well recommended!

This is a funky apartment. It has two floors accessed by a super steep and narrow staircase (this would not me a good option for people with mobility challenges). However, the apartment is huge with multiple sitting areas, bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location cannot be beat - it's on the main historic square of Carentan. Fans of Band of Brothers will know the location immediately. My only critique was communication surrounding checking in. It wasn't clear to us 1) where the front door was 2) where to find the key 3) where to park. The proprietor was quickly responsive via text but we had to ask a LOT of questions. I would stay here again.

Aside from no ac on hot days (unusual weather for the area), everything was comfortable and pleasant. Right in the center of town, with views of the monument and night projection, the apartment couldn’t be any more convenient! I will definitely stay here again! 🙁 Had to purchase toilet paper (less than a full roll provided), paper towels, and batteries for the remote. Not a big deal, but would have liked to avoid that."

Très chouette appartement! Ravie d’avoir pu y passer quelques jours, au cœur de Carentan, proche des arcades et de l’histoire qui s’est jouée ici il y a plus de 80 ans. L’appartement est spacieux et idéal pour avoir un espace « parents » et « enfants »(à l’étage)

Le Scenario "Famille de 2 adultes 3 enfants 1 chat. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits sur place. Séjour sympathique, le logement est à proximité en voiture de tous les sites du débarquement. Nous avons même fait l'aller-retour au Mont Saint-Michel sur une grosse demi journée. Carentan est une petite ville calme. L'appartement est tout équipé, vaste avec une superbe hauteur sous plafond et décoré avec goût sur le thème du cinéma. Il y a plein de livres intéressants à lire dans tous les coins. La literie est de bonne qualité et les draps sont doux. Petits points à améliorer: -Le verrou du haut de la porte d'entrée est très difficile à ouvrir, nous avons failli resté coincés dehors (après cela nous ne le fermions plus). -Le mitigeur du lavabo de la salle de bain du haut est complètement desserré. -Le frigo est fatigué, il ne refroidit pas beaucoup et surtout fait un bruit de vibration très pénible -Nous n'avons pas réussi a faire fonctionner la TV car les piles de la télécommande de la box étaient HS."

Le Scenario "🙂 L'emplacement en centre ville de Carentan. 🙁 L'appartement indiquait une place de parking, mais cette place n'est pas disponible car la porte du porche ne s'ouvre plus. La troisieme chambre est placée à un étage supérieur, comme s'il s'agissait d'un autre appartement. Mon fils a du dormir tout seul isolé en haut! L'appartement est vetuste dans les salles d'eau (surtout la salle de bain et les toilettes du bas), et le plancher est en mauvais état. La propreté était limite, le canapé est taché, et les fauteuils déchirés par endroit. L'appartement est mal isolé du froid (pas de chauffage dans la cuisine, ni dans les toilettes)."
