Home on 3.5 wooded acres. Open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen Smart TV, or enjoy your favorite book. Snuggle down in comfy queen sized beds in the 2 spacious bedrooms. The well appointed kitchen adjoins the living area, so the cook is not left out of the action. The front and back of the house has covered porches so you can enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is less than perfect during your stay. A large patio off the back porch offers plenty of room to barbecue, take a nice soak in the hot tub, and simply enjoy the outside. 20 Minutes to Bristol Mountain, 4 minutes to downtown Naples, 16 minutes to Cummings Nature Center, 11 Minutes to Canandaigua Lake South End State Boat Launch, 11 minutes to Hi Tor Wildlife Management Area, 11 Minutes to West River Fishing/Small Craft Access Site, 4 minutes to Reservoir Creek Golf Course, 34 minutes to Canandaigua, and 27 minutes to Penn Yan. Close to everything the Naples Valley and the surrounding Finger Lakes region have to offer.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The house had everything we needed and then some. The house was so clean, modern and very comfortable. As soon as we walked into the door, we knew we made a great choice! The outside was private and just perfect. The weather was a little chilly and the hot tub was nice, warm and made our stay! My wife and I had a great time staying two nights at the Naples Valley Getaway. The place was exactly as described in the listing. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and comfortable furnishings. Everything was in perfect condition, and the outdoor space was equally enjoyable with ample seating and amenities. The location was a convenient jumping off point for exploring the area, yet just far enough from town to feel secluded. Communication from the hosts was also very good throughout our stay.

Although we currently make our home in a nearby community, we have been connected with the Naples area for most of our lives. We have been fortunate enough to own a vacation home of our own in the Naples Valley for the last 10+ years. We enjoy many special weekends and holidays with friends and family at our place and have created many special memories.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to share our love of Naples with others so we decided to build another retreat in this beautiful area. The property has a great location. It is situated in a clearing within a wooded area. The location of the property is removed enough from the mainstream, yet close to all the amenities and activities the area has to offer.
We designed, built, and furnished this home with the comfort of the guest in mind.

What makes this property unique

This home has an inviting front porch, a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Also , there is a back porch where you can enjoy the view of the pines and maybe even catch sight of an occasional deer, or other wildlife. An inviting hot tub sits on the large flagstone patio, illuminated with twinkle lights.
