Victoria’s house is located in Morrisville, North Carolina.
There is a big shopping mall - Park West Village, a mile away from the house. It has so much fun to do...shopping, beauty salons, restaurants, movie theater & etc. There is also Morrisville Community Park in 1 mile driving. The house is located in 9 minutes from RTP and 15 minutes away from RDU airport. It's 1.5 miles away from Cary, 10 miles from PNC arena in Raleigh, 20 minutes to Chapel Hill & 20 minutes to DUKE university.
We ask you kindly.
Guests must report any urgent maintenance issues immediately. This includes the A/C or heating system, appliances, fire hazards, the water heater, water leaks, plumbing issues, or any other urgent concern. Please contact us as soon as the issue is noticed, provide a clear explanation, and send photos to help us assess and resolve the problem promptly. Guests may choose to vacate the property so the owner can use insurance-approved contractors to complete the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. If the guest chooses this option, a refund will be provided for any unused nights of the reservation.
If the guest chooses to remain at the property while repairs are being completed, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may require hiring private contractors at a substantially higher cost. By choosing to remain in the property during the repair process, the guest acknowledges that no refund for any portion of the stay will be provided, and additional compensation might not offered, as the guest continues to occupy and use the property and its remaining amenities while repairs are underway.

Great choice for the Raleigh-Durham area

Victoria is a great host. The house is located a quiet street that is centrally located in the Raleigh-Durham triangle. There is plenty of eating and shopping options within minutes. In addition to the central HVAC system that functions well, the prime bedroom has a split A/C unit for just that room so it is easy to set the temperature at night for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There is a large TV and good internet service. We had a long stay (several months) and there were a couple of issues with the house but they were addressed immediately and quickly resolved.

Lovely House in a Nice Neighborhood

Our hostess, Victoria, frequently communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. This house is roomy enough for a family, but, we prefer separate bedrooms and bathrooms for an extended stay, which this was. There is a nice deck with a roof in the back with a private, wooded view. The neighborhood is quiet and is in close proximity to shopping, greenways and parks. Morrisville is a nice place to live. Cary, Apex and Raleigh are quite nearby and the RDU airport is very close. Durham and Chapel Hill are also a short drive away.
