Just 10min from Manhattan, this is a private neat studio in a luxury new development. Enjoy Jersey City views with everything brand new (painting, furniture, kitchen, etc).
Super convenient location: right on PATH subway station, 1min from a supermarket, there is free curbside parking (on weekends), and a rail link will take you to EWR airport in just 30min. Within 7-min walk there's waterfront with a breathtaking view of Manhattan.
International and US travelers are welcome, please be my guests!

This is a quiet community, and there is no TV in the studio. Please be mindful of making loud noise, and enjoy the peaceful environment.
For coffee and tea lovers: there is no coffeemaker, however I do provide an electric kettle, a fresh water filter, and a chest with several tea and instant coffee flavors.
