This home, nestled on a little piece of paradise, is just a short walk (0.3 miles) from our neighborhood's private entrance to Lido Beach. The home is a fresh and friendly place to relax, unwind and enjoy your private, mature lush surroundings.
This charming home has an extremely private yard, beautifully appointed kitchen, heated salt-water pool, and the comfort and peaceful surroundings you've been searching for. This Lido Shores home has stainless appliances, quartz countertops. Each bedroom has it's own 55-inch tv, the living room has a 65-inch tv. Cable TV with HBO and wireless internet are available for your enjoyment at no charge.
What else makes this property unique? You've got a tenured team who overlooks this beautiful home who will make sure you're valuable vacation time is as peaceful and enjoyable as possible.
The outside temperature is usually perfect but just in case, the home is outfitted with Central A/C & Heat.
Three bedrooms; two with king beds, the third with a queen bed. All have comfortable mattresses and quality pillows that will afford you a peaceful night's sleep leaving you refreshed and ready for a great day. All bedrooms have a 55-inch new tv, all with HBO.
Bath + beach towels and bed linens are provided for your use. A private pool, surrounded by lush privacy is for your exclusive use. A private place to relax and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage with good company and personal conversation. Our home is smoke free, please refrain from smoking inside.
Our small beach opens up to the Lido Public Beach if you walk a little. You can walk from the house 0.3 miles to our private entrance to Lido Beach. Or, you can drive to our entrance and park for free there, then enter our path to the beach.

Lori has been a long-time visitor to Florida for getaways from the Washington DC cold. She’s spent most of her time in the Sarasota area and just fell in love with Lido Beach and it’s very eclectic shopping and fantastic restaurants in St. Armands Circle. Enjoying the type of vacation where you don’t need to always find parking, Lori found this home nestled amongst rich, private vegetation, with the ability to walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. One of our favorite things to do from this house is ... we leave the house right before sunset, walk the beach, then rinse our feet off at St. Armands and walk to casual dinners and shopping.
Vicki who is your Chief Hospitality Manager, has lived in both Lido Beach and Longboat Key. She is an incredible property manager and a powerhouse of information for local cuisine and things to do in the area. Her number one priority is YOU! You will be pleased with her care and concern for your comfort.
Clearly we both love this part of Florida! We especially love hosting families and friends who enjoy such a hip, urban neighborhood like Lido. We enjoy the local restaurants and we love that we can walk just about anywhere we need to go. We absolutely love the house and we hope it shows to our valued guests. Beautiful St. Armands Circle, with its collection of restaurants & pubs, daiquiri decks, ice cream parlors, boutiques and specialty shops is a short walk from the home.
Lido Shores is one of the quietest neighborhoods on Lido Key allowing you to bask in the simple pleasures of island life. At both ends of Lido Key there are Parks that you can bike or walk through, enjoying special 'look-outs' to the beautiful Mangroves surrounding that portion of Lido Key. Kayak rentals are available to get up close and personal with the natural shore lines surrounding Sarasota bay.
Mote Marine, a beautiful Aquarium where you can explore the many beautiful sea animals that live in the Gulf of Mexico is located just off the north end of the key.
Over the Ringling Bridge to mainland Sarasota you can take advantage of many wonderful experiences and a rich cultural community. From the Ringling Museum, to the ballet, opera or concerts at the Van Wezel, to gorgeous downtown Sarasota with its picturesque bay-front. With street names like Lemon, Orange, Pineapple, and Coconut it is a very tropical setting. Downtown Sarasota also boasts a beautiful movie theater, library, plenty of shopping, and wonderful restaurants.
