​Surrounded by OCEAN, INLET & CREEK, this luxury vacation home is personally owned managed with professionalism & integrity. My top priority is providing a 5-STAR experience with every stay, so you can count on excellent communication and thorough anticipation ​of all your needs any time of year. While this home is best suited for weekly family vacations, I do consider reservation requests from mature and respectful groups willing to uphold our House Rules & family-friendly values.

Right on the water with its very own dock, this "Sweet Escape" is perfectly positioned right between the Murrells Inlet Canal in back and Atlantic Ocean (just 120 meters away) in front! The ocean views from the front porch, and inlet in back, are sure to take your breath away. You won’t have to worry about overcrowded beaches or obstructed views here because there isn’t a high rise in sight! Garden City Beach is just a few miles from the Myrtle Beach Airport, and a short drive from all Myrtle Beach has to offer!

This private single family home is divided into two levels, connected by exterior staircases in front & back, accommodating 12 people on each floor. The first floor level houses the main living space with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, living area, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The ground floor level features a private flex room that can be used for media den, or an 8th bedroom with a convertible futon and rollaway bed! On this level you will also find a kitchenette and game room sure to entertain the whole family!

But the BIGGEST reason you are sure to LOVE this Sweet Escape is the backyard. BREATH TAKING is an UNDERSTATEMENT! Your whole family will enjoy spending time on the spacious back porch, by the oversized SALT WATER POOL, fishing off the dock, grilling on the barbecue, sitting by the fire pit, or even playing basketball on our very own court!! I always look forward to hearing about the great memories created here.

BEACH ACCESS: 3rd row beachfront, 100m from beach separated by 2 rows of home/streets

LINEN PACKAGE: is included in "host fees" providing bed sheets, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, small bars of soap, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any additional such products, as well as detergents, cleaners, spices, etc.. for themselves as needed beyond what is supplied.

It is always my intention to provide a 5-STAR experience, so you can count on excellent communication and thorough anticipation of all your needs. I live right down the street, so am readily available for anything you may need during your stay!

Great homebase for golf in Pawleys/Murrells Inlet area

We had a great week! Loved the backyard space- our teens and kids were constantly in the pool, playing basketball or kayaking. We even caught a couple of crabs off the dock. The beach access was so easy to get to! We would definitely come back to this house.

We visited this property just days after hurricane Ian. Angie was extremely helpful and communicated with us before and during our stay and made sure the property was ready for us. We came with a large group adults and had more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property. The house is beautiful and spacious and offers plenty of room to "spread out" for large groups (and also a ton of parking!). The pool was sparkling clean, and the close proximity to the beach was a definite plus. The owner was great to work with throughout the process. I'd highly recommend this property.

We looked at properties for months to find the perfect compliment to our vacation home, "House of the Rising Son". I knew immediately "Anchored Down" would be perfect for our guests and their families! The interior needed a little TLC, but we knew nothing could beat that location and backyard on the Inlet Creek!
