About this property

Our studio condo is located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Conference Center that is just a short drive from the fort at Fort Morgan. The resort has several pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many other amenities. We are located on ground level very close to one of the pools. Please message with any questions prior to booking. We’d love to have you!

We are a Premier Partner owner with our other condo. Beautiful, updated resort studio sunsuite located at Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. Everything that you need for a relaxing get-a-way. Bottom unit with no stairs to climb. Located on the beach side and no roads to cross, and it's only a short walk to the spectacular sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our studio is the perfect place for a couple, small family, or a girl's weekend. Once you get your groceries and supplies, there's really no reason to leave. For the avid golf player, the world-famous Kiva Dunes Golf Course is located within walking distance. Our condo has all of the supplies you will need. Really, it is a home away from home. Linens and start-up supplies are provided. There is a laundry facility located in the next closest building to our unit. Charcoal grills are located throughout the resort. If you would rather not cook, but do not want to leave the resort, Sassy Bass Island Grill is located in building 5 of the resort. Gulf Shores Plantation is the perfect vacation spot. It is located away from the crowds, but less than 14 miles from the entertainment in Gulf Shores. Come and enjoy your stay at our resort condo. There is an extra fee for more than one vehicle. SORRY, NO PETS (resort rules).

Shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA, and the Wharf. Great restaurants. Close to the Historic Fort at Fort Morgan. Take the Mobile Bay Ferry over to Dauphin Island. Parasailing and banana boat rides during peak seasons. Try Gulf State Park and enjoy over 28 miles of hiking or biking on paved/boardwalk trails. The annual Shrimp Festival in October is always great. The Hangout Music Festival in May is an experience to remember. Take a charter boat out for fishing or go on a dolphin cruise. Golf at Kiva Dunes, Peninsula, Gulf Shores Golf Club, Craft Farms, and many others. Kiva Dunes is just a three-minute walk from our condo.

Perfect condo for 2 people

Me and my 6 year old stayed for 6 nights and it was wonderful. Parking right in front of the room and right by the pool. There was even an awesome noise machine there incase the night time swimmers were a little loud (pool is open til 10pm). The only thing I wished they had was a detachable shower head (makes it easier to wash my daughters hair). Also, as with probably most or all the rooms, bring your own pans to cook with as most are scratched up teflon, but they did have one big stainless steel pot. They also had a keurig and a regular coffee machine so you have options in how you want to make your coffee. The owners were always very prompt in responding to any questions I had. The decor definitely gave you beach vibes and we cant wait to go back next year.

Beach Studio

I love this property! The studio is perfect for 2 people. View of the pool. Quiet, restaurant and multiple pools on site, no need to leave the resort. I plan on revisiting as much as possible and bringing family and friends!

Don't Do It.......Just Kidding

We want to hide this wonderful secret! Actually, we recommend this area to everyone.We love Plantation and the "convenient distance" from the commercialized areas. With all of the various rental options, pools, activities, beach, fishing etc., there is something here for people of every type and personality. We've been here several times and plan to continue that. Many thanks to our particular host for such a cool studio, great communication and another awesome stay....We Will Be Back Again.

The condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. Perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the beach...just a short walk through the property. It was quiet. The perfect distance from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to restaurants and shopping.

Small cute room away from town

Super cute room, kinda small for 4 (my opinion), but perfect for 2. 12 miles out of town so no traffic to fight, easy parking, however it is 30 minutes back to town, so just FYI, although there is DG 2 miles away. If you use salt/pepper grab shakers on the way in (unless we over looked them), AAA batteries for remote, and toilet paper, it had one roll, but was the cheap one ply that we hate. Overall it is 5 star, and easy fix to a great stay.

Great first VRBO experience for my parents.

I booked this unit for my parents to give them an intro into warm weather escapes from Northern winters. The had a wonder experience. They had no problem figuring out the process and property as a whole. The pool was great and the beach access was very close. The unit itself is a Studio as described but was exactly what they wanted. Everything was nice and clean. We would recommend for anyone.

Fall Break Paradise

This super cute studio style condo was perfect for our short little getaway. My husband and I stayed there a week and it was exactly what the 2 of us needed. There was a little bit of a drive to get back to the main part of town, but you'll soon see tha once you were at the condo, you really didn't need all the hustle and bustle anyway and it was a beautiful drive anyway. Being further out also meant the beaches weren't overly packed with people. If you are looking for a relaxing place with a ton of amenities, this is it. The owners were AMAZING and very quick with any questions we had. Would book with them again in a heartbeat! 10/10!

We stayed in a "Studio" and was very happy with what we had. It was four adult ladies we were right by the pool. My only complaint was the pull out sofa bed....but who has a comfortable sofa bed. I will return to this condo again. The grounds were clean. thanks!

This resort is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice stay on the beach. It even has indoor pools and such to enjoy on rainy days when you don’t want to go out or if you have little ones you don’t want to get to much sun.

Relaxing get away

Perfect getaway

Perfect location, just steps from one of the pools and parking lot, which made it nice for packing and unpacking.. Short walk to the beach thru their beautiful landscape. Room was perfect for 2 people, quiet, very clean. Will differently book again!

We are from Tennessee. We are both school teachers and have always loved going to Gulf Shores Plantation. It was our dream to be able to own a condo in GSP. Now we own two.

Why they chose this property

Gulf Shores Plantation is away from the crowds and very family friendly. There are wonderful amenities available at the resort. The beach is beautiful, as is the entire complex. We love fishing and kayaking from the beach, and this is a perfect fit.
