The house is located in the town of Gannay-sur-Loire (03230), in Port des Vanneaux, with direct access to the banks of the Loire Side Canal. Large, fully enclosed garden with private access along the canal for fishing and walking. Parking available on the property if needed.

The house is spread over two levels and features a large, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a bar (wine cellar under the house), television and radio; no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G and 5G coverage

Located on the border of Auvergne and Burgundy, near the Morvan Nature Park. 30 km from Moulins-sur-Allier, 18 km from Decize, 18 km from Bourbon-Lancy, and 50 km from Nevers.
Numerous outdoor activities in the surrounding area (Le Pal) and many fishing and swimming spots nearby on the Loire Canal or the region’s ponds.

RATES: THE COTTAGE IS OPEN FROM MAY 1 TO SEPTEMBER 31 EACH YEAR. RESERVATIONS FOR THESE DATES ARE ACCEPTED YEAR-ROUND UPON REQUEST BY EMAIL OR PHONE

* WEEKLY RATE: 550 Euros (including water and electricity) for up to 5 PEOPLE. (Rentals are available only by the week (Saturday to Saturday), for two to three weeks, or by the month.) No daily or weekend rentals

* Additional options to be paid on site:

sheets + bath towels + bath mats + tea towels: 50 euros per week

Cleaning fee (if desired) at the end of your stay: 50 euros
