Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony, river views, and an antique writing desk to unlock creativity. Conveniently located a short drive from Mt. St. Helens, Portland/Vancouver, Astoria, and Longbeach and 2 hrs from Seattle. Close to town with restaurants/bars, cafes, and Lake Sacajawea (beautiful park), as well as an Amtrak station servicing Portland-Seattle 5 mins away for convenience, while nestled in a quiet, mature neighborhood. High-speed wifi and water/electricity are included. We can cater to minimum 7 night stays and long term renters (3-12 months).

Exceptional VRBO Experience

I was so impressed with the charm of this recently remodeled property. It was very clean and well appointed providing easy access to the included amenities. Excellent location in an older well established, well maintained neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. The charming balcony has a lovely view of the Cowlitz River. The owners are incredible.. so kind and thoughtful. I’ll definitely book this property again.
