Your Own Private Resort

New construction Guest House located on the same property as our primary residence. 2 BR/2Bath, full kitchen, W/D. Private access to pool w/ swim-up bar + waterfall slide. BB court, beach volleyball, outdoor games. All amenities are private and not shared with any other homes. Centrally located to Kierland, Old Scottsdale, spring training , W/M golf tourney, BJ show. Experience luxury Az living w/ outdoor grill, glass doors, large patio w/ TV viewing. Separate driveway and entrance.

Our stay was magical, this place is paradise! The inside of the casita is perfect and the outside is a private resort. We ended up staying at the property for most of our trip! We loved the pool, water slide, basketball and volleyball courts! Everything was honestly perfect and we look forward to booking this home again in the future! 100/10 - if you are considering this VRBO - book it and you will not regret it!

Fantastic stay!

Our stay at the casita was wonderful. The backyard is stunning with plenty of areas to hang out and enjoy the sounds from the waterfall. Extremely relaxing location and the casita is spacious for a group of 4. Our host was also responsive and accommodating- Highly recommended this Vrbo!

Beautiful guest house

The guest house was in the perfect location for our trip. Easy to get to, and in a great neighborhood. The owners were very easy to work with. They thought of everything, as the guest house had everything we needed. We will recommend this guest house to our friends and we will definitely be back.

We had a great time at our own spacious casita . Perfect for 2 couples . Everything was super clean and beautifully decorated . We enjoyed all the amenities -bikes , pickleball and the neighborhood was great to walk around ! Loved chatting with the owner . A great place in a great city !

Paradise valley casita

Excellent location. Private casita off main house with full use of outside property, including pickle ball,basketball and volleyball courts. Two outdoor areas for tv watching .Unheated pool. This is our second year back and we truly love this property.

Such a wonderful property. Owners were accommodating and friendly. Home is close to everything you could want. Hiking, golfing and old town Scottsdale but be honest you won’t want to leave property. Casita is wonderfully clean and thoughtfully stocked. We thought annual girls trip now we thinking biannually 🤗

UCLA reunion

Wonderful property. We weren't at the Casita that much as our host lives in Paradise Valley and we were at her home most of the time. Enjoyed a patio dinner at Paradise Valley CC and an afternoon at the Botanical Gardens. We will be back.

A cute place! The only place to sit down for a meal was the kitchen island. Three stools for four people. A great place for those who want to swim or play pickle ball, basketball, or volleyball.

Amazing Place

This place was better than advertised. Owners took care of all the touches and everything was prepared and stocked. Felt like I took my partner to our own private resort. Great restaurants within 10-15 minutes in any direction. Great location.

Desert Oasis

Lovey property to relax and be close to anywhere you want to go. Thoughtful owners who had the place stocked with paper products, water, etc. Had a wonderful stay with our children. Only setback is the pool is not heated. My mistake for not checking. Got to around 74 each day with temps in 90’s during the day but falling to 60’s at night. Other than that the place was perfect! Loved the gate so our car wasn’t in the driveway.

This property was absolutely perfect! It is a great location with a lot of thoughtful and special amenities. Private and close to dining, hiking and Pickleball. We loved cruising around Paradise Valley on the cruiser bikes. Highly recommend.
