Bien mais ....

Le séjour fut agréable, les propriétaires sympathiques sans oublier le charme et le calme de la propriété. Cependant ne demandez pas aux propriétaires un report de vos dates de congés. Ils ne sont pas à l'aise avec l'interface propriétaire d'Abritel et l'informatique. Cela m'a valu une hausse conséquente sur ma semaine (montant à 3 chiffres), des aléas pour établir une nouvelle réservation et récupérer le dû de ma première location. Malheureusement, toute la gentillesse des propriétaires et l'emplacement à proximité de Gordes n'effacent pas entièrement cet incident qui aurait pu être évité avec une communication plus aboutie avec Abritel et leur conseiller. À plusieurs reprises j'ai notifié la problématique mais chacun se rejettant la balle, c'est pas moi c'est l'autre .... Dommage, c'est malheureusement les points négatifs que nous retiendrons.
