Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the villa's capacity is 6.



The surface area of the villa is 137 m2 and its characteristics are:

- 1 master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed with a bathroom including a shower, a bathtub.

- 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds.

- A bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

- 1 large living room with TV and a dining area.

- 1 fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, induction hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher.

- Independent toilet.

- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, table and steam iron.

- Three terraces: one shaded, one covered and one in full sun.

- Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The deposit for a stay at the villa is €2,000 to be given at the beginning (cheque, bank imprint) of the stay and returned at the end of the stay.



The villa also has an additional apartment that can be rented as a supplement, but not independently.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a shower room.

The price is €1,500/week for July/August and €750/week for April/May/September/October.
