Magnificent, air-conditioned studio with sea view in a beautiful secure three-star hotel residence with all the free services adjoining the hotel: kayak, pedal boat, windsurf boards, multisports, pétanque volleyball, basketball, billiards, table football, gym area, 2 swimming pools, table tennis, various activities ...
The apartment is located in the Marina residence, in a hotel complex that has a private beach, two large swimming pools, one with a waterfall, a volleyball court, basketball, tennis court and bowling pitch.
It has a living room with a double bed in 160, a bench in 100 for one person, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a closet with safe, flat screen TV with the chains of the hotel, a terrace overlooking the marina with kitchenette on the terrace (fridge, hob, microwave).
Nice view of the marina. Many services nearby: restaurants, shopping arcade, self-service, shops, car rental, tour agency, beautiful white sand beach, sea shuttle to Fort de France nearby, golf at 3 km

Nous garderons un super souvenir de ses 12 jours passés dans ce studio situé dans la résidence hôtelière le carayou.Idéalement situé avec vue sur la Marina, et a proximité du club avec lequel nous avons pu plongernotre prochain sejour.

Appartement très bien situé et qui permet de bénéficier des installations de l'établissement hôtelier. L'appartement est très correct pour le prix considérant la localisation. En fait le seul véritable désagrément est le positionnement de l'unité extérieur de climatisation qui, lorsque en marche génère des goutes d'eau qui tombent sur nous si nous faisons la cuisine ou la vaisselle. Pour contourner le problème il suffit de fermer la climatisation lorsque l'on fait la cuisine. :-). Pour le reste, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Séjour à pointe du bout

Très bon accueil par la gestionnaire Anne Marie, très bon contact avec le propriétaire au préalable qui nous a rassuré et bien conseillé à tous niveaux. Je recommande vivement l’appartement et l’environnement. Vue magnifique sur le port de Pointe du bout.

Séjour sympathique

Le cadre est agréable avec 2 piscines. La possibilité de faire du sport sur place avec le club lookea (animateurs top!). Il y a beaucoup de petits commerces à proximité tout comme la navette maritime qui effectue la liaison à Fort Le seul petit bémol est qu'à cause de la proximité de la mer, les logements se détériorent un peu mais le cadre reste magnifique.

Location adéquate avec échanges adaptés et réactivité. À l'arrivée, question sur l'attribution de ch

Attribution de la chambre non précisée. Contact sur place ne répond plus et accueil de l'hôtel en manque d'informations (quelle chambre ?). Propreté passable (sanitaires), torchons, couvre lit et rideaux manifestement sales. Manque de certaines vaisselles (saladier, couverts, verres). Ampoules défectueuses non remplacées malgré information et demande effective au loueur. Renouvellement du linge plat à définir en demandant à reclamer mais non programmé. La climatisation bruyante avec abords de la grille d'évacuation intérieure sale aux abords. La fermeture de la porte difficile nécessitant de s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour s'en assurer. Nuisances répétées liées à l'entretien du site (lessivage des murs au karcher majorant le risque de chutes) et travaux réguliers.
