Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house completely remodeled top to bottom with all amenities you would need. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed in the lower level of the house, bedroom 2 is a full size bed in the upper level of the house, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds in the upper level of the house. The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is near 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The house is a block away from the snowmobile and ATV trails, grocery store, gas station, restaurants and bars.

Great little house for 2 couples. So close to the trail and gas for our SxS trip. Had plenty of parking area for our truck and trailer, we even got to see the northern lights! Sandy was great with communicating we would definitely stay again!

We came home to the UP to visit family and show off our first grand baby. Penny house was centrally located between family members so we hosted a bbq for everyone to meet her. Great place to stay, walking distance to restaurants and store.

Fantastic Stay in Bruce Crossing

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Penny house! The Host was very responsive and the house was super clean and well stocked. The grill out in the backyard and the seating by the fire pit was great! It was also really nice to have access to the garage. The location is perfect for whatever activity you choose. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!
