This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The apartment also suits kids; we've added a baby cot and a highchair!
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries. The WCs are separated.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is a quiet and friendly neighboured, at the beginning of the "Croix Rousse" hill.
It is 15 minutes walk away from the center of Lyon and 20 minutes walk away from the "Hotel de ville" (direct buses are always available right in the street).
It is just a step by the famous "Garden of Chartreux" which offer a beautiful view over the Saône river and the "Vieux Lyon".
The centre of Lyon is accessible on foot (15 minutes). Please note that the flat is at the beginning of the Croix Rousse slopes, so you must go a little up!
A bus station is on the apartment's street (bus line C13).
Bikes are accessible nearby - it is also possible to park one in the building or in the entrance of the flat.
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is about 35 minutes away by car.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable when booking. Please remember that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbours. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
