Perfect location, best property management and super unique space

We loved staying here - immediately felt at home! Tons of places to walk to and explore. Mindy, the property manager, is an absolute pleasure and super responsive! The pace is extremely clean. Five stars all around. We hope to stay here year after year and bring more family and friends with us.

Location & Comfort!

This was exactly where I had hoped to stay in NuLu and could not have been happier with the accommodations. Plenty of room for 5 of us, comfortable furnishings and easy walk to Market St. I didn't realize there was a great outdoor space when I booked which we took advantage of in the morning with our coffee and some evenings for late night chats. Mindy was wonderful and Creighton was so responsive. Thank you to everyone and can't wait for our next KY trip!

Great location and cool space

Family Weekend Getaway

This property FAR exceeded our expectations! Clean, great/prompt/helpful communication from the owner, fantastic space for a family stay. We so appreciated the attention to detail in decorating. If ever I buy a rental property I am hiring these owners to decorate! Did I mention how perfect the location was?? Close to so many amazing restaurants, distilleries, and shops. Wish I could leave 10 stars! Will definitely stay again.

Amazing house and great location!

Absolutely amazing spot to stay. Decorated beautifully, very well maintained, super clean. Location is perfect. Close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Best Weekend Ever

Had a fantastic time in Louisville for our daughter’s wedding. House was fabulous, and the owners were so kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

It's a nice place in a great part of Louisville, the apartment is well stocked with anything you might need for your trip and is tastefully decorated. The only downside is the floors are rather creaky so if you walk around after 10pm the downstairs guest may be able to hear it.

Attention to detail

Location is perfect and this is the most thought out, creative and fun vacation home. Will make the church our only place to stay when on the bourbon pilgrimage.
