This unit has everything you need.

The master suite has a wonderful sitting area and easy access to the balcony's gorgeous views. The large private bathroom features dual sinks, a shower and separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private entrance to the shared hallway bathroom (with extra large shower). Updates are everywhere you turn and the thoughtfulness and attention to detail shows.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Wonderful Stay!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and easy access to the beach. Would definitly stay here again.

Outside of buildings look tired and dated. Handrails on balconies look extremely old. The view appears to be less and less over t in me due to sand dunes growing

Beautiful condo

The accommodations were wonderful. Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed in dunes of seagrove and love the proximity to nearby restaurants and stores as well as the large beach that is not overcrowded and the extra large pool. We will be back for our next vacation!

Perfect condo and perfect location

This was our first time staying in 30A. We loved this condo and the location. The pool was amazing and so was the private beach. The young man that set up our umbrella and chairs everyday was fantastic. He even helped us this our wagon when we were having a hard time pulling it. We loved how close we were to seaside, rosemary and alys beach. We would definitely rent again.

Nice beach option

The condo was very well appointed and convenient to the pool and the beach. The location was also close to lots of shopping and dining options. My only disappointments were none of the codes working to get us in while we had all our luggage outside the door and the construction going on right next door to the condo building which was noisy early in the mornings. We would choose to stay here again!

Pretty condo

Nicely decorated unit. Beautiful beach and clean property. Could not watch cable due to tv freezing every few seconds. Kitchen lacked a couple of things we needed. Overall good stay.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was just as described! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my family of four and my parents. There was plenty of space. The balcony was amazing! It was gigantic. It over looked the pool and my parents could easily sit on balcony and see us when they were tired of swimming. The condo was family friendly and not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It came with two beach chairs and we had to rent more to accommodate our party. We will be returning in the future. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

We love dunes

We love Dunes of Seagrove. This unit was great and super clean. My only complaint would be - I don’t think it should be listed as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are basically a hallway. I know it explains that in the description… but don’t think you should have to go through all that to find out it’s only 2 bedrooms. We originally booked under the impression it was 3 bedrooms as it stated… and the only reason we didn’t fight it was because we love the condo itself. Definitely not 3 bedrooms.

Great stay, just some maintenance needed

We stayed in May 2021. The unit overall was perfect for our family. I agree with other reviews that some general maintenance is needed. The master bed mattress was awful. There were small things broken (door handles, bathtub jet cover) and the kitchen disposal didn't work. The front bedrooms definitely needed curtains over the blinds for privacy and also to let the kids sleep past 6am when the sun came right in the window to their bunks. Would definitely stay again! Overall had a great experience!

Yearly Beach Trip:)

We loved the property and the location of Dunes of Seagrove. Our unit was great! I would definitely return. Our only issues were the sink needs an overhaul. Did not realize the leaking underneath until it had soaked our extra cleaning items. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. I would suggest to add some kind of curtain to the front bunk area...just for privacy in the AM. The kitten is extremely well equipped with all the pots, pans, pyrex and utensils. Loved the outdoor furniture..very comfortable and the view was beautiful!

Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time in Santa Rosa. The property had nice furniture and was clean. We were very disappointed in the amenities. They were very sparing on the supplies for the condo. I don't thinkk it is possible to buy such tiny bottles for soap ect. Maybe they had then specially made. I called management 3 times with no response and texted once with no response. We could not sleep in the bunk bed as the mattress was like sleeping in a ditch. Stay at the Dunes, but rent from a different management company!

Great location, comfortable condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a lot of things we loved about the unit. All the furniture was very comfortable (including on the patio), the kitchen was well stocked with great pots/pans and sharp knives, everything in the unit seemed new/remodeled, very nicely decorated. However, for a few reasons we would never stay in this unit again. The bunk room is not closed off (although another unit with the same layout did have a door installed at the bunk room) so it absolutely did not work for our young children to stay in (too bright and noisy when people were still up in the living room), there weren't any blinds on the narrow window at the front door and that let in a lot of light, also there weren't any blinds on the sliding door so the livingroom was very bright overnight and hard for anyone to sleep on the couch. Lastly, the tub was so tall it made it hard to give our kids a bath (although I did know that in advance from the photos). The property company was very helpful and responsive!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was absolutely beautiful. We loved how the pool was never crowded and there was no problem getting a chair. Also, the beach wasn’t bad because it was blocked off just for the renters and owners.The management company was great upfront getting all of the information to us that we needed for a smooth check-in. We had one small issue during our rental and contacted the management company. The person handling it was not very informative or friendly. I was supposed to get a notification before the person got there to fix our issue, but never did. I contacted the company two hours later since we had gone to the pool, The same person answered and was not friendly. She did tell me at that time they were on the way but held up in traffic. I never received a confirmation that they were there to repair the issue or any type of communication. The day before we checked out, I sent a message to the Text line to ask what the procedure was since I was not sure. I received a message that the text line had changed, so I sent a text to that number. I never received a response. I just went ahead and did your typical checkout procedure and washed the towels, ran the dishwasher, removed all trash, etc. Other than the poor communication from benchmark management during our stay, I would say the rest was great!

Great Condo - Terrible Rental Management Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived two and a half hours before check in time and went ahead and parked our car in our units designated parking spot (because check out is at 10:00 and the unit should not be occupied by anyone other than us from that point on when we check in at 4:00) We proceeded to head out to eat lunch 3 miles away in our rented golf cart. I was shocked and extremely taken back when I received a phone call from Benchmark Management around 1:30 with them asking us to return from eating our lunch only to move our car because the cleaning ladies needed to park in that spot in order to clean our unit. Mind you, there’s open general parking for all units 50 ft away from our units parking spot. The lady was extremely rude and was more concerned for the cleaning people not having to walk 50 ft versus us the guests. And then has the audacity to tell us, the customer, who is on VACATION eating lunch 3 miles away to leave from eating lunch and return to the condo to move our car or else the unit will not be cleaned and will not be ready for check in until we move our car so they can clean.. Extremely unprofessional! The condo itself was very nice and in a great location. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so we ran out 2 days into our stay. A back up roll for each bathroom would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but if we came back, we would rent a different unit from this condominium solely based off of the rental management company.

Hello Erica, We greatly appreciate your feedback. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience, but the call regarding parking was not made solely to be easier on the cleaner. When the cleaners arrived, all of the overflow parking was full, so even if they were to walk further, there was no option for them to park in order to clean the unit. We understand that it was not ideal to leave your lunch, but unfortunately there was no other space for the cleaners to park at the time. As far as toilet paper goes, we definitely try to be transparent that it's a standard in the industry to only provide a starter pack of amenities. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and detergents are provided to get guests through the first night, but anything further is the guest's responsibility. We would love to accommodate you again, and are sorry that the parking issue left a bad taste in your mouth. We hope to see you for your beach vacation again next year. Great time on 30A!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Seagrove 201B! There are a few things to improve the unit.1. Curtains in the second bedroom to keep the light from the breezeway shinning through at night.2. Need more cutting knives and regular knives in the kitchen.3. Need a new coffee maker.
