This 3-story family beach house features an inviting open floor plan for family gatherings and festivities with the kitchen, dining room and living room located on the ground floor. Grab a seat for snacks or a meal at the breakfast bar and expanded dining table. The 1st floor also offers a convenient king bedroom with a full bath across the hall. 3 more bedrooms are upstairs with the 5th bedroom "on top of the world" on the 3rd floor with great views from the balcony.

When you're not splashing around in the salty Gulf waves, splash at your very own private pool. A great place to relax and unwind. Pull up a chair to soak up the sun. Fire up the grill and make some amazing vacation memories.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and close to many little shops and grocery store. The private beach was nice and included two chairs and an umbrella. The house could use some updating (in the bathrooms and kitchen), and we did have a couple issues but things were resolved fairly quickly by texting benchmark. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would return.

Location, location, location!!!!

The house was good. It probably could use with some updating. Especially in the kitchen. Overall cleanliness was to be expected for a rental. Lots of space and good common areas for our group of 13. The biggest upside to this house is it’s location on 30a and proximity to the beach with private access. From the house to sitting in the sand took 3 min!!! The neighborhood is gated and pretty small which is nice. Enjoyed the entire week!

Such an easy walk! The private pool was a great feature. The 3rd floor was great for the older kids to have their own space. There could be a few updates in the house, some of the linens had stains and the refrigerator was small with a broken drawer but that was the only flaws we had. We have already decided we will rebook for our next summer vacay.

It was close to the beach which was nice because it made it easy to go back and forth without having to take too much. We managed to get a large truck and three SUV’s parked nicely. The house was beautiful and was very well stocked as far as pots and pans, dishes etc. The pool was a bonus that was used often. We definitely want to return as this was perfect for our family. The only negative I would say is the shower doors need replaced. Especially the one on the second floor. Thank you for making our annual vacation so relaxing and comfortable.

The stove top needed some attention due to someone before us melting something on it an letting it run into the stove eyes and burn into the stove top. The oven window needs a new gasket to replace the old one, it is broken in half. Only a few minor things. We have rented this house several times and have always been very happy with it. We plan to return next year. Our whole family comes and we have many fond memories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Turtle Pass for a week in July. It is in a great location. The house accommodates our family comfortably. When we have had issues and called Benchmark they respond in a timely manner. The door on one of the walk in showers upstairs needs some attention. The furniture in the living room could be replaced and the king bed on the first floor could use a new mattress or just a nice topper. It was clean and neat when we arrived. When they came to clean the pool they were there maybe 10 minutes and only skimmed it. Overall it is a good place to spend a vacation. We hope to spend many more there as a family.

Renter Beware of Management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start of our stay to the end, Benchmark Management has been absolutely a nightmare to work with. When we arrived at our unit, we did not have access to the gate. They were unaware the unit had a gate and did not provide in advance. Then the pool was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The water had dead insects, rusted coins and muddy debris on the bottom of the pool. I called immediately to have someone service it right away and Benchmark made no attempts to have it cleaned during our stay. When I asked for our $395 cleaning fee back we were denied as they said the management is not responsible for the pool. I've never had such horrible customer service. The entire vacation I tried following up with management to get updates with no response. Don't ruin your vacation and book elsewhere.

A week prior to our arrival, we requested an early check-in because we travel all night with our 8 kids (house was empty since the day before). We were told they could not do anything to guarantee early check-in, we would just have to check back the day of. We arrived at 9am, but the house was not ready until 3:15, which is when we gained access. We were charged the early check-in fee for 45 min. Had we known this, we would have simply sat in the driveway for another 45 min. (we had been waiting all day anyway). We were not upset that we did not get early check-in, however, we are disappointed that even after speaking with Benchmark Management, we were still charged the early check-in fee.The house is a great location, however, it could use some updating. Having a large family, we cooked all of our meals at home. The oven is small and we couldn't fit our baking pan (that we prepared at home) into the oven. The dishwasher was not securely attached to the counter (which management came to fix). The couches in the family room are also very old and in need of replacement.The shower handle in the main floor bathroom was also cracked, needs replacement. If you have kids, know that this house does not have any beach toys/buckets, etc. at the house. We loved the location and we were able to accommodate our large family, plus extra guests. The complimentary beach chairs and Vacayzen credit were a nice perk to this rental. Rating would have been higher had we not been charged early check-in fee.

This made for a quiet and relaxing environment. We had our own pool with the house which was really nice. It was a short walk to the beach. The house was extremely clean and very nice. The only recommendation we have is that the refrigerator be updated or replaced. The drawers were broken and the door shelving was missing. It made it very hard to fit all our groceries in it. Also, I would suggest placing a sea turtle parking only sign next to the house. We had a few residences staying across the street park in our driveway spots. It was a minor issue that did not take away from our stay. We will definitely be back.

Ate at one of our favorite place Cafe 30A, found a new gem to eat at just across the street The Perfect Pig. We all loved it, especially two of our crew, they have gluten allergies and the staff there took extra care to prepare meals. Best place to go on vacation, will be going back next year good Lord Willing. Benchmark is great place to deal with. All of the staff there is exceptional!!!!!
