✔ Please be aware that we are in a lake environment. As such, you may encounter some insects during your stay. We have a professional pest control company that comes to check the property, but we cannot guarantee you won't come across some bugs or ants during your stay. We recommend keeping the deck door closed when not in use to prevent any insects from entering your home.
✔ The neighborhood can be loud at times with firework displays, etc and very quiet with families at other times.
✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.
