This gîte totals 75 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room with fireplace, a mezzanine lounge and two separate toilets. A small field allows you to relax and store your bikes in the shelters.
Located between the bakery and the grocery store, you will appreciate the relaxed lifestyle of the village of Saché so dear to Balzac and Alexander Calder.

Séjour très agréable

La location est très fonctionnelle et totalement adaptée à des enfants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs et notamment avec de jeunes enfants. Nous recommandons grandement cette location.

Maison très agréable, le jardin non attenant à la maison n'est pas gênant à cause du petit sentier

Les voisins sont très agréables. La maison est idéale pour les enfants car il y a beaucoup d'espaces pour jouer.

Séjour très agréable !

Patrick et sa compagne nous ont réservé un accueil très agréable et sont présents en cas de problèmes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans leur charmante maison. La maison était très propre et très fonctionnelle.

Dommage

Nous avons été en vacances du 22 au 26 juillet dans ce gîte. A notre arrivée, nous avons vu qu'avait déjà donné son avis un vacancier dans le livre d'or pour le 25 juillet ! Autant dire que ... Ensuite il n'a pas été établi d'état des lieux d'entrée. A notre départ, on nous a refait payé les frais d'hébergement pour notre animal, même si nous nous en sommes acquitté sur le site ! Donc double paiements ! Enfin après à notre départ, 5 jours après, nous sommes appelés par le propriétaire pour indiquer une dégradation due à notre chien. Notre chien a bien posé les pattes à l'endroit indiqué, mais nous avons été prévenu 5 jours après, et surtout il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux de sortie. Éthique et professionnalisme pas au rendez-vous. Dommage le gîte est sympa !

Je découvre avec surprise la suppression de ma réponse. Alors je vais tenter de m'expliquer à nouveau. Bonjour Monsieur, Les avis sur le cahier sont assez rares car les locations se réalisent la plupart du temps en ligne. Le commentaire auquel vous faites référence date d'il y a un an. Effectivement pas d'état des lieux lors de votre accueil. Nous nous basons sur la confiance et vous demandons de nous déclarer rapidement si vous découvrez quoi que ce soit afin de ne pas être inquiété. Votre chien a effectivement abimé, ce que vous ne remettez pas en cause, la porte fermière à l'entrée. C'est au moment du ménage que nous avons découvert ce dégât. Nous étions encore dans un délais raisonnable. Je vous remercie tout de même de complimenter notre établissement pour lequel nous faisons toujours la satisfaction de nos clients. Veuillez agréer mes sentiments les plus sincères. PB
