Excellent location, very central and at the same time in a quiet an exclusive area in front of the Talvera Park: Piazza IV Novembre - Monumento alla Vittoria.
It’s the largest, most important and best equipped green area of ​​Bolzano. Nearby you will find markets, cafes, shops, supermarkets, restaurantes, pedestrian paths, cicle-paths, and the Archaeological Museum of Bolzano (which houses Ötzi, the man who came from the ice).

Beautiful Loft!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! The loft was beautiful and SPOTLESS. The decor was modern and beautiful, with lots of gorgeous plants to add a very homey touch. It was very comfortable, plenty spacious and had everything we needed. The space was perfect for 2 people - might feel crowded with more, unless it was an infant. The location was perfect - easy walking distance to almost anything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Check in was easy and clear and Juan repeatedly reached out to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He provided some helpful links for restaurant options as well as things to do around Bolzano. There was even a delicious bottle of wine and some chocolates for us when we arrived. If we have the pleasure of returning to Bolzano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend to friends.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Der Loft bietet reichlich Platz und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles wirkt neu und wertig. Das sah man schon auf den Bildern, und das ist uns wichtig. Hier stimmt alles. Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben den Gastgeber persönlich kennen gelernt. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Fragen per Mail stets prompt geantwortet. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir kleine Präsente vor. So etwas haben wir bislang nur einmal (in Berlin) erlebt. Ein großer Wochenmarkt ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, ins Zentrum hat man es nicht weit. Unser einziges Problem hat nichts mit der Wohnung sondern mit der Verkehrspolitik Bozens zu tun. Man findet kaum einen Parkplatz für sein Auto, aber eine nette Angestellte in einem städtischen Parkhaus hat uns einen Tipp gegeben.

Fabulous stay in Bolzano

What a wonderful apartment and a great location. The property is managed by Juan and he is terrific. Chocolates and wine were awaiting our arrival and the place was super clean. Just around the corner is Pizzeria Il Corso - fantastic pizza and vino. Easy walk to the main square for dining and shopping. This is a can't miss place to stay! Highly recommend!!
