rent new GITES / GUEST ROOMS of 23 M2 for 2 people (there are 3), on the ground floor in
a quiet and secluded property, great setting, very nice view (at
middle of the horses), with a large picture window overlooking
the terrace, access to the HEATED swimming pool 9x4. 5 summer
and the infrared sauna, to be shared with 2 other gîtes
The cottage is furnished industrial style "LOFT"
possibility of bed or sofa bed, corner
kitchen with cooking and microwave and fridge
flat screen tv, bathroom with large shower

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour très proche de la nature. Idéalement situés pour les visites, notamment les salines royale, la forteresse de Besançon, Dole, les nombreuses cascades et les grottes.

Lieu idéal pour se reposer en pleine campagne ....

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Dampierre pour son calme ,l' aménagement des studios est conforme au descriptif ...la mise à disposition de la piscine chauffée et sa grande terrasse sont un atout ...Idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer ....

Een heerlijke relax week in Dampierre

Wij hadden kamer Zen en die was prima met alles erop en eraan. We werden hartelijk door Nadine ontvangen en maakten later contact met Eric, haar partner en ook een leuke, aardige man. Hij organiseerde ook een BBQ met de andere 7 gasten wat zeer gezellig was😊Het zwembad was zalig en de zonnebedjes/stoelen maakten het af voor een heerlijke relaxdagje!🌞Je geniet ook van het mooie uitzicht naar de paarden. Leuke uitstapjes zijn naar mooie stadjes zoals Dole, Dijon en Les Planches-près-Arbois waar een prachtige waterval is. Als je een weekje ontspanning en rust wil dan is dit een perfecte plek, de foto’s op de site geeft exact de sfeer zoals die er heerst. Merci Nadine en Eric voor de heerlijke week en ook met de andere 7 vakantiegangers hebben we een super week gehad.👍Anette en Marcel

Lovely spot for a relaxed break

Nadine’s property is in a beautiful setting surrounded by farmland just outside a very quiet village. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice, it is really lovely! The Gites look very new and modern with very good facilities - great shower, kitchen with cooking hob/fridge plus a great swimming pool and sunbathing deck outside. There isn’t much around within walking distance so a car is essential for supermarket trips or meals out etc. There are lots of lovely places to visit within a half an hour drive. I would recommend this place for a relaxed holiday, Nadine was really friendly.

Lieu très calme et paisible à la campagne. Le petit appartement est propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et se soucient de votre confort. Belle région à visiter.

Petit nid douillet au calme parfait pour un passage dans la région

Studio fonctionnel, décoration sympa, avec une belle et grande salle de bain. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés a notre gout : literie, équipements de base type un sèche cheveux, oreillers rectangulaires fermes, du café/thé pour les personnes de passage qui ne pensent pas forcément à ce genre de chose quand ils partent en weekend. Bon accueil de nos hôtes qui bâtissent de leurs propres mains ce petit complexe. Quel travail !!

aanrader bij mooi weer

de gite is klein maar praktisch ingericht. de omgeving met terras, zwembad, ligstoelen, ... maakt het super mooi. bij minder goed weer is het waarschijnlijk net iets te klein om comfortabel te zijn. rekening houden met slapen op bedbank ( niet zo comfortabel!) fijne douche, leuk welkomsgeschenk. misschien iets meer uitleg bij aankomst ( bijv werking toilet, aanwezigheid faciliteiten, ...) een aanrader om er eens met zijn tweetjes uit te zijn. veel te zien in de dichte omgeving, ook ideaal bakker en winkels dichtbij.

Endroit idéal pour découvrir la région. Très belle piscine.

Le logement est petit mais complet et idéalement situé. Le confort de la literie pourrait être amélioré ainsi que l'intimité des locataires (sur la terrasse) Quand les végétations seront à maturité, ce sera chose faite (plus l'une ou l'autre paroi visuelle). Les hôtes sont attentifs à leurs locataires. Nous avions l'impression d'avoir une piscine privée. Location que nous recommandons chaudement, beau projet en devenir...
