We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The 7th arrondissement is located in the heart of the city. The different points of interest are as follows:

La Guillotière and the Chinese district of Lyon: many restaurants are at your disposal, but the district is especially known for the quays of the Rhone river, very popular during the summer period by the inhabitants of Lyon.

Gerland: Former sports centre of the Olympique Lyonnais, this district is located near the Musée des Confluences and contains many parks where it is pleasant to walk.

However, the major asset of the 7th district is represented by its economic pole containing more than 2000 companies. As a result, the district is ideal for the leaders of the scientific world with the presence of numerous laboratories and biotech industries.

Moreover, the Bellecour district is accessible on foot, you just have to cross the bridge over the Rhône! Once there, you will have access to the whole center of Lyon.

Guillotière (Metro D, Tram T1)

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
