Great views from the balcony and very comfortable place to stay. Easy walk to Eiffel Tower and river with several great restaurants within a short walk as well.
Perfect location, fantastic view, excellent check in with Zee.Clean and tidy. I'm a professional chef and the kitchen was perfectly adequate for any cooked meal. Biggest shower I have ever seen in Paris. (13 visits). Perfectly located to access any area of Paris.
Our stay in Paris was wonderful. This apartment had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. Our street was filled with cafés and markets and wonderful shopping. Our host was attentive and available at all times if necessary. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!!!!

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Perfect location super bumpy communication with property management.
Beautiful location. Condo is fairly nice with a great deck. Just make sure you get full breakdown of location and how to access before paying your full amount Was VERY STRESSFUL!
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment near the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower, as well as gorgeous rooftops of the upscale neighborhood from 2 opposing balconies. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Paris.
This apartment was wonderful! Spacious, modern/ updated, lots of shelves, one bedroom and a very comfortable pull-out sofa with great mattress in living room. Bathroom is off hall instead of bedroom - a plus when friends visited. Easy, great communication with owner. Halfway between Arc d’Triompe and Eiffel Tower. Very close metro station and bus stops. Very close grocery store. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Everything was as described in the property details. Bed was great & the couch sectional sleep was good as well. It was a perfect location for getting to all of the olympic events we attended. Recommend getting rid of the old drapes that wipe across the floor & collect dust.
We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Air conditioning a definite plus as outside temps were in the 80's. Kitchen is small but functional. Open, large and spacious main room with walls of windows on two sides. As has been mentioned, the view of Eiffel Tower is impressive, and sitting on the deck with morning coffee or evening wine a delight. Apartment is quiet, neighborhood feels safe. Metro line is very close and allowed us to reach our favorite restaurants and city sites with ease.
The apartment itself has a lot of light, lovely views and is very quiet. The neighborhood is upscale and quite pleasant. We had arranged to arrive early and paid a bit extra for the privilege, but the apartment key was not where we were told it would be. After phone calls and waiting we were able to get in about an hour after we had planned. Not ideal. While the owner was very kind by phone and email, the follow-up, to get heat for example, was very slow. The apartment itself could use some refreshing—add bath mats, hand towels, new linens. Repair shoddy drawers in closets. Still, we enjoyed ourselves and think, with a little attention, this apartment could be a 5.
This apartment was very nice and spacious, in a good location near Eiffel Tower and with a great view of it from the balcony. The private elevator with clear glass was a bonus!!
The location is good, in between Eiffel Tower and Arc du Triomphe, and with plenty of cafes and Champs d’ Elysses within walking distance, but it’s well outside the City Centre so keep that in mind as you are booking. Still, it’s easy enough to get around using Metro, ride share or taxi.
It rained while we’re were there so we really couldn’t sit outside on the balcony and the seating was metal and faded so not the most inviting. The owner really should upgrade the balcony seating. Also, the listing said there was a hot tub but it was not in the unit. Maybe that only applies in water months.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were grateful for all the assistance Senda provided to help us to know how to get around the City.
Great building in a very nice neighborhood, directly next to the Argentine embassy and across from the South African Ambassador's residence. One block to the #6 Metro #22 bus, and several other lines within 15 minutes' walk. Great view of the Eiffel tower from a narrow but appreciated terrace! And thank you for the two built-in AC units. Unfortunately, this apartment could be 4* or more with just a bit of attention to detail. It would have been preferred to have bath soap, shampoo and perhaps an umbrella and plastic shopping bag to save buying one. The TV instructions missed that you have to use a hidden button on top of the TV itself to turn it on, so were not able to use it for several days until we were 'home' during reasonable hours to contact the on-site manager. The furniture is old and a bit stained, and the drapes - while appreciating the black-outs - were all oddly different sizes. Good apartment, just needs some love and attention.
The best thing about this property is its location. We literally walked to every major Paris tourist attraction with the exception of Versailles (easy access on the train). Lots of nearby restaurants, bakeries and other shops. For those who don't want to walk, the metro stop is very close (though closed due to repairs while we were there).
The second best thing was it was quite, safe and secure. Located on the top floor and on a quiet street, we hardly heard any street noise. There are two locked entrances before getting to the apartment door, though the street door is typically unlocked during business hours.
The property manager was very pleasant, though there was a language barrier. Housekeeping is a bit weak, and the apartment probably needs a full deep clean. Also, the furnishings are a bit dated, and the bed definitely needs replacing. In addition, there need to be clear instructions on how to use the thermostat (thankfully, it was reasonably warm during most of our stay). The only other recommendation is to update the "what to do" notebook provided in the apartment.
All in all, we would strongly recommend, and we would be happy to return on our next visit to Paris.
The pictures of this property do not do it justice. The view of the Eiffel Tower is much closer than it appears in pictures. We watched the bastille day fireworks. I felt like I was living like a Parisian. Perfect VRBO.
The photos accurately reflect this one bedroom apartment with walls of windows on both sides of the room, and picturesque views of the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. The kitchen is small, with almost no counter space for meal preparation, but everything worked, and we ate out mainly. There are at least 6 nice bistros within one block of the apartment, along with a patisserie and a small grocery store. The air conditioning was very welcome.
We spend a week in this lovely apartment in the 16th in early April with our teenage daughters. The location is absolutely fabulous, with restaurants, grocery stores, wine shops, pharmacies, and the metro stop on line 6 all within a block or two. There are a variety of restaurants within a block, and a great butcher shop and fish market a few blocks away as well. There is nothing you need that you can't walk to...You can even walk to L'arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower if desired! There are many lovely things to stay about this apartment, the private elevator, the large open floorpan, the separate bedroom with an actual queen bed (not a full!), the awesome shower, functional kitchen with a full sized fridge/freezer to make ice and store my smelly cheeses and baguette!, washer/dryer just outside your door, wi-fi, Netflix on the large screen t.v., the option for a roll-away (we had one rollaway and the our other daughter slept on the comfortable couch). They even had umbrellas to borrow for our one morning of rain! My favorite thing to do was to sit on the balcony with my glass of Bordeaux from the corner wine shop after a long day of sightseeing, watching the Eiffel tour sparkle every hour on the hour after dark. We had only one small issue, a wi-fi problem when we arrived home one evening, but I used the "emergency" numbers in the provided binder and was able to get a hold of Senda's mother and brother who both were very helpful in communicating with Ze (who is their very kind and lovely helper, but he isn't there in the evenings, and only speaks French, so we unable to reach him by the time we arrived home and realized the wi-fi was out). Senda was also helpful responding over the VRBO app in a timely manner. They even tried to help me reset the wi-fi myself over the phone, but when that didn't work, Ze came in the morning and fixed everything. Senda's mother was so sweet; she answered my frantic phone calls and she even offered us the use of her suite nearby so that my husband could work because our wi-fi was taking the night off. Although we appreciated the above and beyond offering, we were able to just pop down to our favorite "Le Corner Cafe", which is probably 50 feet from the front door of the apartment building, and have a cocktail and use their free wi-fi. HIGHLY recommend this apartment, and am truly grateful for the personal attention from their family and Ze, we hope to stay here again the next time we are in Paris.
This apt is like a hidden jewel in the perfect spot in Paris. We had a great experience! The view is incredible and the air conditioning and elevator made the stay even better. Hopefully we will return again.
