Beautiful Downtown Auburn Cottage In A Quaint Setting!

**NO CLEANING FEE!!!** In a quaint setting sits this beautiful cottage in downtown Auburn. It is nestled among the trees right across from Amsterdam Cafe with a beautiful lawn and walkway out front. The cottage has everything you need for a quick trip to the Plains. As you enter the home you are in the open living area with a custom gourmet kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed (*NEW AS OF FEBRUARY 2026*) and the bathroom is immaculate. For extra sleeping a retractable ladder staircase is an easy pull down from the ceiling up to your lofted queen bed. If you have extras the full size sleeper sofa is a perfect spot.

The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom.

The kitchen has marble countertops, a full refrigerator, full oven, microwave, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The full washer and dryer are right off of the kitchen.

You won't find anything else like this in Auburn!

Check in was easy, location is great, actual unit is good - I think for the price the hosts could provide a few more amenities (very small bar soaps in bathroom, small starter packs all around, no waters, no coffee pod starters - all in kinda bare minimums) but it’s fine - just good to know ahead of time to bring all that in - although as I say - for the price it would be nice to have.
