Great spot off island

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a great area off AMI. It was nice to be able to use the boat lift and we enjoyed the screened in pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great get away on Sarasota Bay

Beautiful home with everything needed for a great relaxing weekend. Pool was amazing, we loved the boat dock. It was windy and the ability to secure boat was a nice not to worry about it. Would stay again!

Wonderful Stay

We were so pleased with this property. The house was beautiful and clean, the pool was so much fun for the whole family and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We were within a short driving distance to multiple beaches, cute shopping areas, and SO many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summer vacation

This is a wonderful house to stay at. Very nice everything you need is there and it is in a great location. We caught a bunch of fish out of the canal that is right behind the house. We will definitely stay here again

Birthday vacation

Wonderful house with all the essentials you need. Love the open floor plan and outdoor area is a great set up. This was a great property to celebrate my birthday. Furniture and bedding very comfortable.

Cortez canal

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back! Caught several mangrove snapper off the dock, had fun in the pool, and loved how close we were to Anna Maria. The house was very clean as well.

Great time!

We really enjoyed the place! The canal was perfect for our 3 boys to do some fishing. Its a quiet place towards the end of a cul de sac. Everything was in good working order.

Beautiful house, salt water pool was amazing. 10 mins from Coquina beaches & AMI. Amazing trip. Any issues were communicated with property manager and were responded to quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Place and Host!!

We had an amazing trip and will stay at this property again. The house was very nice Inside and spacious. Extra bedding, air mattresses, and pull out couch were nice additions. The pool and grounds were amazing and clean. Communications with Bruce was easy and helpful. The location was great and convenient to get to the beach and the pool was warm.

Canal home

Very nice home in a great area, very quiet and safe. Close to the great beaches on Anna Maria island. Loved seeing dolphins in the canal, and numerous fish around the dock. Had a small issue with the plumbing, Bruce had a plumber there very quickly yo fix it. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Our yearly getaway

It’s been our summer getaway for the past four years. We bring our boat every year and we get to put it on the boat lift which is great in the pool is really beautiful. The house is so clean and decorated gorgeous. I would recommend it to anybody if I was able to I would give it six stars, already fixing to book it for next year Kim and Brian

Canal House

Love the area. Lots to do. House was great. We come to Cortez every year for our family vacation. The only issue with house was some of the exterior doors would not lock and the manager failed to resolve this issue while we were there. This was highly concerning to me.

Everything you could have wanted

This was by far the cleanest, most acutely described rental we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed plus some. We noticed a little water leaking from the base of the toilet and the plumber was there asap to fix it. Kitchen was stocked, tons of towels, plus all the extras that you think you need to run to the store for were already provided. We will most definitely be back!

Relaxed Vibes

Nice layout and design of house. Tasteful decor. Nice modern appliances. Great views of the canal. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful to have a pool for our own use that was screened in. All of this made for a relaxing trip. Only problem was the clarity of the pool water and only one dim pool light, so not great for night swimming. Bruce was quick to respond/address pool concerns.

Nice Retreat

Our two dogs traveled with us so I like to start with a little from that perspective by saying you can not tell this is a pet friendly home (we have stayed unfortunately where you can). But we appreciated that we could bring them and they loved watching the activity in the canal. As others have said the listing pics are a very accurate representation of this home (again we have experienced rentals where it was not). The decor is very nice and condition of furnishings is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped to include a Keurig coffee maker (don't recall seeing that in the listing but brought pods hoping). We did have to contact Bruce a couple of times for some minor things and he was very responsive.
