Beautiful house with swimming pool, right in the center of the village
Located in the heart of the historic center of St Paul 3 Châteaux, this former bishopric of the 14th and 17th centuries, welcomes you for a sunny holiday in Drôme Provençale.
The house has been restored with great taste, the charm of the old (vaulted rooms, tiled floor, period fireplaces) mixes perfectly with today's comfort (refreshing ground floor, heated pool, kitchen with lots of equipment ..)
The house is warm, bright and spacious.
You will be close to all amenities: Bakery, Press, Grocery, Butcher, Restaurants, Cafes ... and the market place (Tuesday morning).
Covering an area of 450m2, the house can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 babies.
It offers different living spaces on three levels:
● On the ground floor, there is:
‧ A large living room,
‧ A fitted kitchen open to the Dining room with direct access to the terrace and the garden,
‧ A laundry room with WC
‧ A shed with table football and a ping-pong table
● On the first floor, you will have access to 4 bedrooms (equipped with mosquito nets):
‧ 1 air-conditioned double bedroom with bathroom and double sinks,
‧ 1 double bedroom with bathroom and double sinks,
‧ 1 double bedroom with shower room and single sink,
‧ 1 double bedroom
● On the top floor, the space for children:
‧ A second living room,
‧ 2 dormitories in a row with 7 single beds,
‧ A south-facing terrace with a beautiful view of the village,
‧ A bathroom with double sink and WC
Outside, you can enjoy a garden with a 7m x 3.5m heated swimming pool secured by an electric shutter, a pool house and a terrace with pergola.
Are provided: books, toys, stereo, WIFI connection
Baby equipment: 2 umbrella beds, 1 high chair, 1 bath, 1 potty, plates, 1 cane stroller
In the upper floors, the freshness can be maintained without difficulty due to the thickness of the old walls.

Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the rental amount. Pool sheets are not included, remember to bring your own.

Following abuse of electricity consumption (air conditioning and swimming pool heat pump), a meter reading will be made on arrival and departure and a supplement will be requested depending on your consumption.
