All 3 bedrooms have California King beds. Main home has two En Suite bedrooms + Den with foldout bed. Sit in the private courtyard with a ZEN-like water feature. 2022 Aetrix Golf Cart available for rent at additional charge. Bikes are free to use. Dine al fresco nd enjoy the serene views or be entertained by golfers as they pass by. Sorry, NO PETS. Includes internet/cable, water & trash.

Why they chose this property

When you see this home in person, you realize why it's special. It has been lovingly updated with first class materials throughout. The furnishings are beautiful. It has been freshly painted and a new master bath completed along with massive stack stone in the great room. Huge walk in closet in master too! All new window treatments. Beautiful location in Mission Hills Country Club, close to everything. Primary bedroom and great room back up to golf course to take advantage of the views.
