Wir fanden es wunderschön !

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach ganz unseren Wünschen. Sie war sehr liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren wunderschön, mit einem traumhaften Blick. Super Parkplatz für das Auto und eine tolle Außendusche. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und vieles erkundet. Ohne das Auto zu benutzen konnte man 15 km am Strand entlang wandern und einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Anna und Marcella sind sehr freundlich und fragten oft, ob alles gut ist, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder bei Ihnen Urlaub machen.

Entspannte Zeit am Meer

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in dem Apartement und hatten eine sehr schöne, entspannte Zeit mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Inklusive Bilderbuch-Sonnenuntergänge an jedem Abend. Die Gastgeberinnen Anna und Marcella sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar gewesen. Das Apartement ist mit dem Wesentlichen ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Veranda und der kleine Garten mit Außendusche bieten eine Chill-Alternative zum Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Vacanza perfetta

Casa pulitissima dotata di ogni accessorio come da descrizione. Splendida vista mare e davvero a due passi dalla spiaggia. Le proprietarie sono persone squisite, molto disponibili e discrete. Un soggiorno perfetto per rilassarsi dato anche il fatto che, trattandosi di villaggio privato, non circolano molte macchine e i bambini possono tranquillamente andare in bibicletta o a spasso senza pericoli. Silenzio e tranquillità sono davvero un valore aggiunto. Consigliatissima casa per tutto cosa offre.

Vacanza da sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine giugno, con una bambina di quattro anni. L'appartamento si trova a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia, all'interno di un villaggio con accesso limitato, per cui estremamente tranquillo e rilassante. L'appartamento è carinissimo, meglio addirittura dal vivo che in foto, fornito di tutto il necessario, anche per le esigenze dei più piccoli. Le signore Anna e Marcella sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili, ma anche estremamente discrete. La vista spettacolare dalla casa, le cene all'esterno con vista sul mare, la vicinanza alla spiaggia e la tranquillità della zona hanno reso la nostra vacanza un vero sogno. Ideale per chi cerca un rifugio per rilassarsi e godersi il mare della Sardegna e per le vacanze con i bambini. In conclusione stiamo già organizzando le vacanze del prossimo anno per tornare qui!

Sehr schönes Haus,sehr nette Vermieterin,super Lage!

Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl.Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft,gerade jetzt,da die Saison vorbei war und es traumhaft ruhig ist.Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer und die Möglichkeit ausgedehnte Spaziergänge vor Ort zu machen, gefiel uns besonders. Die Umgebung ist abwechslungsreich und interessant.Überall war es ruhig und sehr sauber-auch am Strand.Das Wasser war noch sehr warm und wunderbar klar. Wer viel Unterhaltung wünscht,ist hier falsch.Für Menschen die Natur,Kultur und Ruhe wünschen ist es perfekt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist angenehm zurückhaltend und geschmackvoll.Alles was man benötigt,auch um sich selbst zu versorgen,ist vorhanden. Wir danken für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage direkt am Meer

Wir haben den Familienurlaub in dieser großen gepflegten Privatanlage sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind grandios und die Vermieterinnen Anna und Marcella sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit (wohnen nebenan).

Ideale Ferienwohnung für Strand- und Badebegeisterte Familien

Nette Ferienwohnung mit maritimen Charme, die Terrasse lädt zu jeder Tageszeit zum Verweilen mit Panoramablick ein. Zuvorkommende, freundliche Vermieter. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten im Nordwesten Sardiniens. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert.

Petite maison de plage très agréable et un super accueil !

Nous avons adoré cette petite maison en bord de plage. Parfaite pour notre petite famille de 4, un cadre très reposant avec le bruit des vagues, une décoration très soignée et cosy. Nous avons pu rayonner depuis là sur la côté Ouest jusqu'à Alghero tout comme à l'Est vers les îles Maddalena ou les plages d'Olbia. L'accueil d'Anna et Marcella était très sympathique, 2 personnes très agréables et qui parlent très bien anglais. Merci beaucoup à toutes les deux pour nous avoir offert cette belle parenthèse en famille et qui nous a permis de découvrir la beauté de la Sardaigne hors saison !

Wirklich ein kleines erholsames Paradies

Meerblick vom Küchentisch aus, man muss nicht einmal auf die Terrasse gehen. Trotzdem sollte man die Chance zu Badevergnügen, ausgehnten Strandspaziergängen und reizvollen Ausflügen zu Nuraghen und an die Nordwestküste nutzen. Denn die community Eden Beach bietet beides: Abgeschiedenheit vom Rummel und gute Ausgangslage für interessante Ausflüge, mit Restaurants an der Hauptstraße und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den Nachbarorten. Im Lokal Bar Excalibur in Lu Bagnu an der Hauptstraße nach Castelsardo ist man bemüht, jeden Gast zu behandeln wie einen Stammkunden. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr unaufwändig in der FeWo-Küche mit überwiegend sardischen Leckereien versorgt: Wein, Brot, Wurst, Käse, Gemüse- und andere vorbereitete Suppen, Eintöpfe und Gerichte aus dem Supermarkt, Nudeln mit Pesto Genovese, Salat, ... Die FeWo war die sauberste, die wir je erlebt haben. In der Steckdose nahe der Terrassentür ist die Internet-Verbindung perfekt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch als Heizung sehr gut, sodass man den Aufenthalt auch außerhalb der Sommermonate genießen kann. Demnächst soll es zusätzlich zu den zwei Stufen an der Terrasse sogar einen rollstuhlgerechten Zugang geben. Wenn man die vorhandenen Decken auf das Sofa legt hat man auch dort eine seniorengerechte Aufstehhöhe. Hier ist man willkommener Gast. Die angenehmen Gastgeberinnen legen Wert darauf, dass sich jeder wohl fühlt. Das merkt man der stilvoll ausgestatteten Wohnung an und auch dem unkomplizierten Ablauf des Aufenthalts. Die Wohnung ist daher auch gut geeignet für Leute, die weder italienisch noch englisch sprechen. Anna und Marcella vereinen alle positiven Vermietereigenschaften auf sich: Sie sind seriös und bei Bedarf erreichbar, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. ...so nah am Meer

Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum Erholen, Spazieren und auch zum Entdecken einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Unterkunft hat außer der netten Terrasse zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Räume. The perfect beach house !

A wonderful place for relaxing. You can not live any closer to the beach than this beautiful little beach house. The house is net and very clean with great beds and air circulation for the perfect summer sleep. You live in a private area and avoid all the croweds and hords of cars that want to come to this beautiful beach. We walked for hours on the beach and in the ocean as it is shallow. After a few hours on the beach it was great with an out door shower and relaxing in the shade at the house The house is perfect for a couple but can cater for 4 people with out any problem. Marcella was a wonderful host and speaks perfect English. We will return as soon as we can. Thank you Marcella for letting us stay in you beach house. Stefan and Marja

AMAZING

My wife and I stayed for a week in this wonderful home. The house is directly on the beach, ten meters from the shore. Anna and Marcella are so kind and gave us much useful information and made our stay really comfortable. We will definitely be back, that place is a dream.

Appart plein de charme presque en bord de mer!

Nous avons découvert cet appartement dans une rue quasi au bord de la plage et avons tout de suite été conquis! L'appartement à été rénouvé avec beaucoup de goût et a vraiment été personnalisé dans le thème de la mer. La chambre se trouve à l'arrière et est plutôt spacieuse, un canapé-lit est disponible dans le salon. Donc y a moyen de lire, manger, papoter pendant que les enfants dorment. Les matelas (dans chambre et canapé) sont bons aussi (détail important!). En plus l'appartement est bien fourni: vaisselle, cafetière, ciseaux,... les proprios ont pensé à tout! Tout était très propre. Il y a une petite aire de jeux juste en face de la terasse, et aussi la plage. Quand nous y étions (fin octobre) il faisait juste trop frais pour manger dehors le soir et le matin, mais en été ça doit être génial de prendre son petit déjeuner avec vue sur mer comme sur les photos. Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont donné plusieurs conseils! Bref, si nous retournons dans les environs, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ici! Merci!

Bellissima vacanza!

Siamo una famiglia con una bambina di 8 anni e uno di 1 anno, abbiamo appena trascorso una bellissima vacanza di 15 giorni in questo posto meraviglioso! La casa e' vicinissima al mare, con una bellissima veranda dove mangiare e gustarsi un tramonto favoloso. La casa si trova in un consorzio di ville vi possono accedere solo chi soggiorna lì e per questo è un ambiente tranquillo, si può lasciare l'auto vicino all'appartamento. La casa e' ben arredata e fornita di tutto, per il mio piccolo oltre al lettino ci hanno dato un box e il seggiolone. Le proprietarie sono gentilissime e disponibili, ci hanno dato informazioni sui posti da visitare. Le ringraziamo di tutto e consigliamo a tutti di andare!

Vacanza Favolosa!

Siamo una famiglia con una bimba di 8 anni e uno di 1 anno, siamo stati benissimo! Il posto è bellissimo, l'appartamento proprio a due passi dal mare, con una veranda dove vedere il mare ma sopratutto il tramonto. La casa pulita e ben arredata e fornita di tutto per la cucina e non solo. Con un bambino piccolo ci hanno dato anche un seggiolone, il lettino e anche il box. Le proprietarie disponibili e gentili, ci hanno dato anche indicazioni sui posti da visitare. Le ringraziamo di tutta la disponibilità sono stati 15 giorni bellissimi!

Uno spettacolo!

Siamo una famiglia con 2 bambine, di 3 e di 9 anni. Abbiamo passato una settimana splendida in questa "location"; si, non parlerei solo della casa, di per se molto gradevole e dotata di ogni confort, ma del fatto che ci si trova in un contesto privato, senza traffico, a 20 metri dalla spiaggia, con il Golfo dell'Asinara di fronte, spiaggia non affollata, mare pulito... Personalmente non avrei da chiedere di più; mi mancano già le colazioni, i pranzi e le cene passate nella terrazza fronte mare, con la brezza dell'aria e il vinello bianco fresco, il rumore delle onde del mare, il tramonto... E' comunque da sottolineare l'attenzione con cui la casa è stata studiata e arredata; non manca niente e quel che c'è oltre ad essere funzionale ha quel tocco di personalità che non riesco a descrivere con le parole; va visto e vissuto. Infine, ma non perché meno importanti, le proprietarie Marcella e Anna; discrete nella loro presenza mai invadente e sempre disponibili; ci si sente tranquilli anche perché per qualunque bisogno loro abitano accanto alla casa in affitto. Nel nostro caso tra l'altro hanno dimostrato molta elasticità nella gestione degli orari di arrivo e partenza cercando anche in questo caso di assecondare le nostre necessità. Ora non scrivo altro perché se questa recensione viene letta da tante persone poi non troverò più disponibilità per le vacanze future. In sintesi, meglio dal vivo che in foto... e oggi giorno invece è quasi sempre al contrario... Ciao "Casa sul mare"!!!

Lovely beach house in a peaceful place

The description of the house was perfect and it was so beautiful as we expected! The house is small but very well equipped and suitable for a couple and a child. It is lovely decorated and well managed, everything you need is there and works, the terrace with view ont the beach is terrific and the beach is less than 50 meters from the house allowing to enjoy it whenever you want in the day, early in the morning or late in the evening. The place is peaceful. Marcella and Anna the owners are very nice, discret but give all informations you need. We really appreciate our stay in the house and in this place. Thanks for all!
