The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (double bed 160cm), 1 convertible sofa on the mezzanine 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and shower, large living room with 1 sofa and chaise longue and 4 armchairs, large very well equipped kitchen, terrace partly covered with blind, pocket mosquito nets on all windows in the lower part of the villa. Indoor parking for 3 cars, garden,
heated swimming pool (10 x 4) and jacuzzi (2 x 2). Summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue
Cleaning fees to be paid on arrival 180 €
Deposit of 3000 € by bank check returned at the latest 1 week after the end of the stay
