Many custom touches including chef's kitchen with granite, wine refrigerator, original Miami Dade pine floors, coffer ceilings, and interior washer/dryer. The extra large lot has a private driveway providing highly desirable off street parking. Master bedroom with queen bed has its own bath with spa shower and separate claw foot tub. Guest bedroom with queen bed has its own bath with spa shower. Den with comfortable full size pull out sofa bed opening to pool area has its own bath with beautiful stone shower. WiFi, AC/heat, ceiling fans. Perfect place to relax and escape. Easy walking distance to the beautiful, historic Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea , White Street Art District, Higg's Beach, the White Street Pier, Duval Street, and wonderful restaurants, including Salute on the Beach, Seven Fish, El Siboney Cuban Restaurant, Louie's Backyard and many more. Julie and I are from Columbus Ohio and married in Key West in 2005. Since that day our dream has been to come back and enjoy retirement in Key West. We have two children and run our small construction company together. Over the years we have been visiting the Key West close to annually looking for what our future could look like on the island. When Parrot Dice became available we seized the opportunity, purchasing this amazing home having never seen it in person. We were not disappointed and spend several months a year in Key West.

Why they chose this property

After traveling to Key West for years, Julie and Matthew choose Parrot Dice for our future retirement. She is a classic single floor conch representing what Key West island life is all about. Original Miami Dade wood floors from the mid / late 1800's beneath a complete restoration, make the home new while leaving the original character and charm.

What makes this property unique

Parrot Dice is well apportioned and meticulously kept. It features a large outdoor gourmet kitchen, living space, and private pool. The space is tropical and completely private. The homes features and finishes are that of private owners and not what a rental home may be outfitted. Parrot Dice is situated just blocks from Duval making it an easy walk to and from the night life but just far enough to not hear or experience the fall out. El Siboney is almost accross the street and features the best Cuban in all of the Keys.
