Tanglewood #702. Updated Villa very close to beach and Coligny!

This beautifully decorated and updated villa is perfectly located within walking distance to Coligny Park, the Boardwalk, the new Heritage Park and all of the best shops and restaurants. The extensive bike trails run right by this small community and can take you anywhere. While not directly on the beach, this villa is a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful stretch of beach on Hilton Head Island. There is a dedicated boardwalk all the way to the beach across the road! Enjoy a lazy day at the beach, a cocktail and live music at the world famous Tiki Bar on the beach, and then spend a nice evening enjoying dinner at any of many great restaurants. A favorite way for our family to end the day is to get ice cream at the Ice Cream Cone and then have a lovely stroll back home. All without having to get in your car!

Tanglewood Villas is a low density complex that is shaded by live oaks and Palmetto trees. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool and lagoon. There is outdoor storage for your beach chairs and toys. Our first floor villa is a flat with all living space on one floor. The large deck overlooks a lagoon with a water feature. Relax on the shady deck which is equipped with a new hightop table and four chairs. There is also two other comfortable chairs on the deck. Inside, you'll find all tile floors, with no carpet. The beautiful kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and highend white shaker style cabinetry. The kitchen has a bar and opens up to the large dining area and living room. Stylish new furnishings in the living room include a new sofa and loveseat and new 55" smart TV. Of course the unit has internet as well. Off of the living room are two bedrooms and two baths, each with tiled showers. Both of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The master has a new 42" smart TV , a new bed and mattress and a great view of the lagoon. The second bedroom also has a new bed and mattress. A washer and dryer are located off of the hall between the bedrooms. We believe this is one of the nicest rental units available in the area and hope that your stay is a memorable one..

Great Condo and location

We stayed 2 weeks. 2 BR, 2 Bath Condo in great condition, and a short walk to Coligny Plaza with shops and Restaurants. View from porch of a pond and a water fountain was exceptional.

Great vacation spot!

Would definitely recommend this Villa! The location was great and close to shopping, food, bike trails, a playground, and beach. The little community it is located in was nice and quiet and perfect for us. The Villa was very clean and felt like home for the week we were there. We would for sure stay at this property again!

Couples Getaway

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Rental house was perfect for the 2 of us! Beautiful rooms and relaxing decor. It had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful condo!

This condo at Tanglewood Villas was in a wonderful location-- quick walk to the beach and to Coligny Center with food and drinks. The beach was not far at all and a little quieter in the area we stayed. We would love to return here again. The rooms were decorated beautifully and we loved the deck where we could see the little pond and wildlife. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they made sure that every need was taken care of before our arrival. We loved our stay at Hilton Head Island.

The location was perfect! Close to beach and Coligny Park. Was very pleased to find the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking/eating. I loved having a washer/dryer. My only complaint was that the floors were a little dirty. Other than that, this is a perfect villa!

Super clean and convenient

The unit was super clean and convenient to shops and restaurants! Only about a 5 minute walk to beach access. Upstairs neighbors were a bit noisy at night. Overall the stay was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would book again if available! The owners were helpful and were easy to communicate with in a timely manner.
