Contemporary bayside beach house has private bay and ocean access only a few steps from the property. Home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeps up to 10 people. The 1st floor features living area with smart TV, large full deck , 3 bedrooms, and a full bath. The second floor features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a full wide deck, view of the bay, kitchen with gas stove , granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, dining area, half bath. The master bedroom and full bath are located off the living area and has its own private deck and smart TV. New Pool , outdoor shower and garage on ground level. MUST RENT 7-DAYS, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING JULY TO AUG. SEPTEMBER RENTALS, MIN 5-DAYS. NO PETS-NO EXCEPTIONS. Linen/towel rental through LBI Dreamakers.

Wonderful home for our family reuinion

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on LBI. The house was in impeccable condition when we arrived. Although we needed to supply out own linens and the pantry was empty of all but spices we were made aware in advance so we could rent and purchase the necessities. The layout was ideal for us and the stairs not too difficult for my parents in their 90's to negotiate. We made good use of the master bedroom on the upper level for our daughter, SIL, and two-year old grandson with room for the rest of the family downstairs. We had plenty of room to relax and socialize. The outdoor shower was clean, powerful, and actually couldn't have been better! My grandson loved the wagon the help bring him and our beach bags to the beach, The location is on the bay side on a quiet street with lovely sunset views over the bay. Overall, really an ideal location and home for us. Thank you.

Clean, Comfortable LBI Home

Our family of four had a great stay in this well situated, meticulous home. We enjoyed watching sunsets over the bay from the top floor deck and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable tool and gadget. Bathrooms could use updating, but were definitely functional and clean. We liked the quiet location on the north side of Loveladies - easy walk/bike to barnegat. Wendy was very easy to work with and clearly eager to provide guests with a comfortable stay in her home.
