On the ground floor an equipped kitchen with a dining area; a large living room with fireplace, access to a terrace with views of the surrounding cliffs; pantry, bathroom with walk-in shower and wc. Upstairs three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, two other bedrooms with a 140 bed. Relaxation area, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc. Outside shaded ground with games for children, pétanque ground with lighting, picnic table, gas plancha available. Public beach 200 meters away. Near Sarlat Rocamadour Padirac. Many marked hiking trails.
