Hacienda 6 Palms is a gorgeous Mountain Top Olive Ranch on 5 acres in Hidden Meadows, just north of Escondido! The private apartment above the garage is fully-furnished with an expansive 800 square feet. The apartment has 5 rooms - A Living Room, Bedroom, Large Bathroom, Small Cafe Dining Room which is also a Tower Room with high ceilings made of red wood, and a small Kitchen. In the kitchen there is a hot plate, air fryer, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a BBQ Grill in your private Tuscan Garden. In addition, the apartment has a large Walk-In Closet. There are great views of the Palomar Mountains! The property is lite up at night and looks stunning day and night!

Private Entrance:
You have your very own Tuscan Garden which leads up to a beautiful custom made spiral staircase with a beautiful landing at the top. On the landing there is room for 2 people to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine at night while enjoying the views. You can also place a cafe table on the landing and work remotely either on the landing or in your Tuscan Garden, which is equipped with an electrical outlet so you can charge your laptop and work in the garden. It is stunning.

The Property and Parking:
Guests staying here would have to like staying in a quiet, clean, non-smoking house and property in a serene up-scale ranch neighborhood. The furniture in the apartment is a nice combination of West Elm, some antiques, and some custom furniture I designed and had made in Costa Rica . The property is walled, gated, and private. There is a large driveway with plenty of parking. There is also a Sprinter Van parking spot in the vineyard in order for guests to park their Sprinter Vans. There is RV electric and water hookups.

Location:
The hacienda is 2 minutes right off of Exit 37 off of the 15 and close to a lot of things - Carlsbad and Oceanside Beaches, Del Mar, La Jolla, and Encinitas, Wine Tasting, Potato Chip Rock, and Hiking Trails. Almost everything is about 25 minutes away.

Encinitas, Del Mar, Solana Beach, and Carlsbad Beach are all an easy 20-25 minute drive. Within 10 miles are a lot of wineries. San Diego is just 35 minutes south.

Washer & Dryer:
There is a washer and dryer in the garage to which you have access.

Tuscan Garden:
You have your own private Tuscan Garden with a beautiful stone seating wall and a custom built outdoor fireplace. There is a teak table with chairs and umbrella, a babbling brook, a water fountain, all under the oak grove with Spanish moss blowing in the breeze, overlooking olive trees. At night the beauty is joined by low voltage landscape lights throughout as well as ambient string lights above. It is incomparable to anything else!

About Me:
I am a really fun, yet quiet, professional male. I work a lot and travel a lot. When I am home in the main house I like working on the olive ranch or in the vineyard, chilling on the veranda, drinking wine, going to the beach, and making dinners using the organic food grown on the land.
