This nice and modern apartment at the heart of Lille Metropole, between Lille and Tourcoing, can accommodate up to 2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Just nearby all commodities and transports, this flat is perfect for a stay in Lille area.

This new and bright flat consists of a living space of 68 sq. m, is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) and includes :
- a pleasant and cosy living room,
- a nice and sunny terrace,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, for children,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- TV, stereo,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment and baby bed.

Parking is easy at the foot of the building and in the streets around.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

At the heart of Mouvaux, in a newly refurbished district, you will be just nearby numerous shops and Haumont park.

Très bel appartement -

L'appartement est très bien situé au coeur du centre ville de Mouveaux, à proximité des commerce. C'est un quartier calme et très agréable. Il possède tout le confort souhaité pour passer de bonnes vacances. Il est également très bien situé pour toute personne souhaitant visiter la région : La ville de Lille est à 30mn en Bus, l'autoroute vers la frontière belge à moins de 10mn. Aussi, l'appartement est à environ 1h / 1h30 de voiture des principales ville belges : Bruges, Gent, Anvers, Ostende, Bruxelles, ... Nous recommandons sans problème cet appartement qui jouit d'un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Seul bémol : la communication avec la conciergerie ne s'est faite que par messagerie ou site Web (Information Caution, Informations entrées dans l'appartement, Photos Etat des lieux Entrée / sortie, communication). Compliqué pour des locataires éloignés du numérique). Le descriptif mentionnait également une chaine HIFI que nous n'avons jamais trouvée. Mais pour le reste, parfait !
