Beautiful three bedroom,views from every room,hot tub, beachfront, huge deck.
COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE.I just got this today from my renter. (“There are elevators on each floor of the parking garage)We’ve pretty much had an elevator to ourselves each time. They are keeping it really clean too! We are really enjoying it. And love your condo.”
You will never want to leave this condo. Being in the 19th floor, It has breathtaking views from every room. There is access to the decks from every bedroom and great room. This end unit has just been redone. It has a washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen, 3 king bedrooms with room darkening drapes. In the great room you have two twin beds so you sleep eight. The couch is very spacious. The dining room table seats 6 or 8 if you want to add the leaf plus the bar.

Why they chose this property
It has amazing views from every room, is very roomy and open, lots to do in the area and great restaurants, you never have to go to the Libby. Private parking and elevators on every floor of parking garage. Watch the boats come into the bay, see beautiful sunset, listen to the cannon go off every night at sunset from Schooners. Great shopping.
What makes this property unique
No stairs, all on one level and no stairs to get into the unit. Basically my unit is wheelchair accessible. I have a large shower that has a small lip.
