**Private Four-Bedroom Home on Stunning Lake Delton**

Enjoy a private four-bedroom home on picturesque Lake Delton, just minutes away from the attractions of Wisconsin Dells and 45 minutes from Madison. This fully furnished property features two master suites with private baths, a gas fireplace, a lower-level wet bar, two living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs), a dart board, and a ping-pong table. This beautiful property includes a multi-level outdoor deck with a fire pit and a small private beach with lake views and access. A large portion of the property is fenced in, making it safe for dogs and kids. The home can accommodate up to 12 guests: the upstairs master suite has a king bed for two, one upstairs bedroom includes two bunk beds for up to four, another upstairs bedroom features a queen bed for two, and the downstairs master suite also has a king bed for two. Both living rooms have couches, bringing the total capacity to 12 guests.

Take advantage of kayaking or boating on Lake Delton (with a kayak available on-site and boats for rent from local outfitters during the summer), nearby skiing, or explore the many attractions and waterparks that Wisconsin Dells has to offer. The home is also just minutes from Sundara Spa, recognized as the #9 Best Destination Spa in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure magazine in its "World's Best Awards for 2016," and Mirror Lake State Park, which offers abundant opportunities for hiking, skiing, and outdoor recreation.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Log out of all streaming services on TVs
Close the curtains in the dining and living rooms, and lower the blinds on the front door.
Ensure that all sliding doors and windows are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenant(s) are responsible for snow removal. Shovels will be provided.
A maximum of two dogs allowed (no exceptions). $100 fee per dog. Please provide type of breeds upon booking for review.
Please flush only toilet paper. Wipes (even “flushable” ones), paper towels, feminine products, etc., should go in the trash to prevent clogs.
