I live in Buffalo, NY where I renovate and manage my personal rental properties. Travel is something I love to do as much as possible- recently backpacking South America and Europe- and I greatly enjoy exploring new places and meeting people from around the world.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this house after deciding to invest in my first property in the City of Buffalo. The front house was built in roughly 1885 and was a fixer upper, just what I was looking for. The back house (this listing) was built roughly in 1930 and was ALSO a fixer upper. I can share before and after photos with you if you want to see!

What makes this property unique

The house is situated next to a full grass/rain garden lot and surrounded by neighbors' yards on all sides. It is peaceful and quiet in this house, while also being in the heart of a trendy, in-demand neighborhood with lots of new local cafes, bars, and shops special to Buffalo. We are only a couple blocks from the 5 Points Intersection, but our street has ample free parking.
