Logement très bien situé, quasiment dans

Logement très bien situé, quasiment dans le centre de Montargis, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville à pied. Gros point positif. En revanche, l’accès est vraiment très compliqué : la tiny house se trouve dans une ruelle extrêmement étroite, avec des murs très proches. Avec un véhicule imposant, les manœuvres peuvent être difficiles. Cela mériterait d’être clairement précisé dans l’annonce. La tiny house porte bien son nom : c’est vraiment très petit, très étroit et pas toujours très bien organisé. À deux pendant huit jours avec deux grosses valises, il était quasiment impossible de circuler correctement et il n’y a pas de rangement pour les vêtements. Il y a tout le nécessaire : lit, TV, plaque, petit frigo, machine à café et vaisselle. En revanche, pas de grille-pain. Le lit est en 140 cm, avec une literie correcte mais assez molle. Nous avons passé des nuits correctes, sans plus. En période de canicule, le ventilateur a heureusement été d’un grand secours.

Logement exigu qu'on imagine rénové à la hâte. La TV fonctionne avec une prise sous le lit, une prise électrique est mal fixée et le compteur se trouve dans le logement non protégé par un coffret; aucun placard pour les vêtements. Aucun éclairage naturel dans la salle de bain WC, carreaux au sol abimés, serviette au sol sortie de douche tachée.

Pratique et bon marché

Petit studio propre et bien placé. Draps,linge inclus , rapport qualité prix imbattable et communication parfaite. Faut juste aimer manger sur le canapé devant une mini table ou debout au dessus du frigo 😊mais il y a aussi de nombreux restos à Montargis ! On peut se garer dans la cour également.
